Patricia KPolie isn't a doctor she a nurse practitioner and is unprofessional and does scams. She charges you out of pocket as well as your insurance to complete FMLA paperwork, then after she charges you tells you to have your primary care complete the paperwork. Furthermore, when you request your medical records when for your job and your new provider she refuses to release them. Extremely horribly and traumatic experience.
