Fifteen years ago, I sat on the couch of Dr. Audrey Chapman and poured out my heart out about relationships with men. I was emotionally damaged and l had learned to run from the pain. I also disagreed with her every-step of the way. It took a long time but I now look back on those sessions with deep appreciation. I'm grateful for her patience, insight and courage to go to the those dark places and I can finally say, "I get it". There is no better gift to give to yourself, than the gift of therapy with a very good Therapist. Much love, Cynthia
I am grateful for having met Ms Chapman and for the gift of learning new tools to use in making better choices in life. She is a skilled, compassionate clinician! Thank you for helping me save my life.
