So. I cannot lie, we almost didn’t follow through on our reservations because we felt misled. However, our experience with both the front desk and massage therapists completely made the difference! DO give them a chance, it was one of the best massages I’ve had in my life. 1. Unlike their website and confirmation say when booking, they are no longer at this beautiful downtown location. They are renovating this location and instead you will be on a rough looking area of Englewood. Surrounded by pawn shops, and what seems like only street parking at first (go up to the light, the parking lot is on the right). My boyfriend booked this place for our anniversary and spent quite a bit of money, so finding out last minute and arriving at this location in Englewood almost made us cancel the reservation entirely. As a suggestion for the business, I would look into updating your website and making that VERY CLEAR from the beginning. Because it’s not fair to your staff having to deal with the aftermath of upset couples. 2. We were very upset when we arrived because initially we thought we were mislead and in no way could understand the charge for something like this based on our judgement of the location and building from the outside. The front desk, I believe her name was Carol, was AMAZING at handling the situation. She deescalated the situation rapidly and showed us to our private room to talk with us more, and see if we would still be interested in proceeding. Amazing customer service and friendly despite our initial hostility. The interior is beautiful here and has a cool industrial spa look to it by the way. 2. They do not sell alcohol anymore or are ‘out’. No matter the reason, they do have some non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy after your massage. We had Bellini! At first we were disappointed it wasn’t champagne (again as it’s listed on the website), but by the end of it we thought it was almost better they gave you mocktails and things that were more hydrating after a massage. You do get only two chocolate strawberries, but they are massive! You’re not getting the package because you get champagne and chocolates, your paying for the quality of their services. Note they are big on CBD products at this location, so enjoy! I personally am allergic to Hemp oil and could not partake, but I imagine it would only enhance the experience even more, so I’m glad they offer it! 3. We did a couples packages, so our massage therapists were Sonya and Sophia. I had Sonya and my boyfriend had Sophia. They were lovely! It was nice knowing that they have all the existing staff from the Denver location here until renovations are complete. And even have new members here that are extremely experienced. Also, they work in the facial and the massage at the same time! Which just felt like such a good transition compared to other spas I’ve been to who treat them like entirely separate services. They offer anti-aging and hydrating for awareness! I cannot praise enough how amazing that massage was. I personally like Medium to Firm (when needed) and Sonya knew exactly where to put pressure on knots, and when to just make it feel good if that makes sense. She gave great aftercare advice and has been a massage therapist for 19 years and it shows! Overall, I’d suggest giving it a chance. Totally a don’t judge a book by its cover experience for us, and we are so glad we got to celebrate our anniversary with them. Thank you!!!

My husband and i went for a late valentines day celebration today and got the 90 minute relax and rejuvenate package with the mini facial and foot masks….omg!! One of the best massage experiences we’ve ever had as a couple. The attention to small details was unmatched. Josh and anna were amazing. This will be our new monthly ritual!

Eh it was okay! Spent over $500 for a couples massage plus facials for our anniversary. The people doing the massages were so kind they were lovely. They told us they stopped serving alcohol which was disappointing as champagne and strawberries was one of my driving booking factors. The roses in the room were fake and unable to be kept. And they turned the sign off IMMEDIATELY after so I wasn’t able to get any pictures. Also there’s only two strawberries which felt crazy to me…500$ for one strawberry each and some water. They didn’t go over aftercare for a massage either. Ultimately I was just super disappointed. Probably wouldn’t ever recommend this place and I should’ve booked with the other company I was looking at. The brown palace spa had the BEST experience I’ve ever had - should’ve stuck to what I know.

My partner and I had an amazing, relaxing experience. Anna and Elena were our massage therapists for a couples massage - we added on the foot scrub and hydrating facial! Both were very informative on types of pressure to use throughout out Rejuvenate and Relax massage experience! Highly recommend - will return soon! Thank you!

A massage at Zen’d Out was the perfect way to start my birthday. It has become my yearly request that doesn’t disappoint. From the moment you walk you are enrobed in warm, peaceful energy. The attention to detail and personal touches made me feel so seen and cared for. From the lighted sign to the rose petals to the choice of aromatic scent, it truly is a wonderful experience. I had a two hour, full body massage that left me feeling restored and relaxed. The chocolate covered strawberry was absolutely delicious! 10/10 recommend!

Holy heck. We had Anna and Austin to celebrate my guy's birthday and they were INCREDIBLE. The massages themselves were to die for. The price of the romance package is spot on for the experience. The staff is all so nice and really contribute to the relaxing environment of the whole facility. Everything was immaculately clean as well. Smells incredible throughout. The chocolate covered strawberries to end the session is just like. I can't even put it into words how amazing this entire experience was. 11/10.

My fiancé and I booked a couples massage for our 6-year anniversary, and it was amazing! Nicole and Ivy were awesome and really listened to what we needed. I carry a lot of stress in my shoulders and had tons of knots, but Ivy worked them all out and I feel so much lighter. The hot stones felt incredible too! My fiancé fell down the stairs a couple weeks ago and his back has been hurting, but Nicole focused on that area and he already feels so much better. They even had drinks for us at the beginning and chocolate-covered strawberries at the end — such a sweet touch! The whole experience was perfect from start to finish. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had such a romantic and memorable evening here, and she absolutely loved it. From the moment we walked in, Ivy and Elena took the time to carefully ask about our needs and any areas of tension. Throughout the massage, they consistently checked in to make sure the pressure was just right and that the hot stones and heating pad were comfortable. Their attention to detail made us feel completely cared for and deeply relaxed. We were even surprised with chocolate-covered strawberries at the end, which made the whole experience even more special. It was the perfect way to celebrate our anniversary! At the end, Wanda at the front desk kindly asked us again how we felt, which showed how much they truly care about their clients. We are really grateful for such a thoughtful and wonderful experience

This place was great. The massages were amazing. Very relaxing atmosphere. Isabelle and Simone did a great job! We left feeling super relaxed, will definitely go again. Update: We went again for my husband’s birthday and they outdid themselves. I added a few more photos. Thank you!!
