Not all heroes wear capes. Some listen to your symptoms on the phone and know what's going on in the first 20 minutes in the office. I saw Dr Caroline after I had my bartholin gland/cyst removed and I was still having pain in my lady parts and lower abdominal area. My gyn told me I shouldn't be in pain. She listened to my symptoms and knew what was going on and referred me to my now, new vascular surgeon. I was able to do imaging and saw my provider last week and was confirmed I have pelvic congestion syndrome, well 2 different types. My gut told me to see someone other than my gyn. Her gut told her that I needed to see this vascular surgeon. I literally cried because I finally had a diagnosis that has been giving me some kind of pain for years. I can't thank Dr Caroline enough. 10 stars! Don't be afraid to see a pelvic health PT.

I’ve been seeing Caroline for the past year and a half, and she has been such an incredible provider to have in my corner. She truly takes the time to build rapport with her clients and makes herself extremely available to you for answering questions, etc. She has so much knowledge on all things pelvic health and is also someone who stays up to date on current medical information which I find to be incredibly valuable. She is also very queer friendly and practices trauma informed care. I continue to gain so much out of our patient/provider relationship. Thanks for everything, Caroline!

I started seeing Caroline for SI joint pain and she is so knowledgeable. She makes you feel extremely comfortable and has helped me so much! Highly recommend her for anyone looking for a caring and compassionate provider who really listens to you and works towards your goals WITH you.

Caroline is great! I saw her toward the end of pregnancy, and our discussion empowered me to ask to birth on my side and push while breathing out. My birth team was supportive, and I had an amazing, positive birth and recovery of a 9 lb 6 oz baby! I was told if I hadn’t utilized these two strategies I probably would have torn much more than 2 degrees, and I’m sure my pelvic floor would have needed a lot more support to heal, as it definitely did with my first birth! I just had my postpartum visit at 10 weeks postpartum and left with strategies and a plan to continue to close my DR and rib flare. So grateful for this positive birth experience which Caroline played a major part in!!

Dr Caroline was absolutely amazing! Not having to go through insurance allowed her to look at my whole body and truly get to the bottom of my lower back pain issues from twin births. I have been to multiple physical therapists and not ever have I been cured with one visit and set of detailed advice. She truly takes the time to hear your concerns and has helped to cure my body and mind. I’m so grateful and really appreciate the true focus on how to holistically feel better, stronger and pain free.

Dr. Caroline is an absolute life saver. She helped me during my second pregnancy in which I had a lot of complications. She took the time to get to know me and my individualized circumstances. Caroline treats her patients with care and patience. I felt like she was part of my family. I had my baby in July vaginally and had absolutely no tearing or any complications. I’m now almost 6 months postpartum and my pelvic floor is perfect! Even though I no longer am seeing Dr. Caroline, she will check in with me every few months to make sure I am still doing well. I couldn’t be more thankful and lucky to have found such a wonderful provider!

Dr. Caroline is awesome! She takes a holistic approach to any issue and understands the science behind pain. She has helped me overcome my pelvic pain issues due to multiple injuries. I had seen 4 doctors and 2 physical therapists before finding Dr. Caroline and she was the only one who truly took the time to understand and figure out what I needed. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone for any physical therapy, but especially pelvic floor therapy.

I could go on and on about the benefits of seeing Dr. Caroline and why I recommend her. She is thorough, has great bed side manner and is so clearly an expert in her field. I have been dealing with chronic low back pain and Dr. Caroline not only helped me feel better in office but also gave me tools to use to keep me feeling good after my appointment. If you are looking for a pelvic floor physical therapist in Denver, I highly recommend connecting with Dr. Caroline.

Dr. Caroline is so amazing. She is outgoing and is easy to open up too. I’ve been struggling with constipation for several years and have tried everything but nothing seems to work for me. I did an evaluation with Dr. Caroline and she prepared me very well for my pelvic floor appointment. During my appointment she walked me through everything step by step. And after the pelvic floor treatment, you can feel such a huge difference and I was able to have my first bowel movement after 2 weeks. I am feeling great and I’m truly very thankful for Dr. Caroline.

Dr. Caroline is amazing! I started working with her after having my second c-section, and she was so incredibly helpful in restoring strength to my core and pelvic floor. (I honestly wish more OBs would suggest PT for their postpartum patients. My healing process was SO MUCH BETTER this time around.) The weeks after childbirth are always tough, but Caroline helped me feel comfortable, confident and motivated to get back to running and working out again after pregnancy. So grateful for her guidance and expertise!
