I got a fabulous massage with Sarah E. We were in the labradite room - somehow intuitively they knew that room was the best for me. She had me set an intention for the massage and my body was just so comfortable and relaxed, I was able to get a full nervous system reset. She gave me myofascial release and hot stones. I literally melted like butter. Highly recommend her. She is attuned to what your body needs and demonstrates care and intention. π
I went to True Bliss to see Sarah Beth (owner) for my first Reiki session with massage. I had no idea what to expect and went with an open mind. That experience changed my life for the better. Sarah made me extremely comfortable and I walked away from the session feeling as though shattered pieces of my insides had been removed. I was never aware they were there until I felt them removed. Self care and healing are real and an important part of life to nourish. You will find the best of the best at True Bliss. The warm, loving, safe space makes all the difference. βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈ
WOW! I have had many massages and I can confidently say this was the best massage experience Iβve ever had. Sarah Beth took the time to understand my bodyβs needs, inquired with friendly curiosity to learn more about what Iβm looking for in massage therapy. Her communication was exceptionally kind and courteous, making me feel safe comfortable. The massage itself was very relaxing, and Sarah Beth intuitively worked on the problem areas in my neck and shoulders even extended into a scalp massage which was absolutely heavenly. Following the massage I felt physically and energetically relieved, creating more space for me to feel good in my body. In short, βTrue Blissβ is exactly what youβll get from this lovely local business. My only regret is that I havenβt been in to see Sarah Beth sooner. If youβre looking for body work and self care, this is your spot!
I was able to pop in Sunday for a last minute opening with Josie, for a Synergy session. It was so relaxing, and the final 10 minutes of reiki was really lovely. Highly recommend for someone who needs a little extra oomph of good energy with their massage. Thank you Josie! π
Best massage in Denver! I've been a patron for years and every massage therapist has been wonderful in their own way. Kind and thoughtful and experts in their field. The vibes inside this place are welcoming and calming and serene. Such a respite from the busyness of our world. Sara Beth the owner is an absolute delight. Recently I had a massage from Sarah a massage student and it was life changing. It felt like alchemy. This place is an absolute gem!
Sarah Bethβand the entire True Bliss experienceβare simply wonderful! Sarah Beth is intuitive and powerful in her presence and style, respectively: Exactly what I needed to start the new year. I'll definitely be going back. Highly recommend!
True Bliss is a wonderful massage studio! I can tell that the studio's owner, Sarah Beth, is thoughtful and intentional about the space; her commitment to an ethical and inclusive work environment is also crystal clear. I received a massage from Sarah, which was wonderful: attentive and thorough, therapeutic and relaxing. Highly recommend! (P.S.βI am, myself, a licensed massage therapist, and I wouldn't hesitate to point folks toward this studio).
The owner Sarah is delightful to receive a massage from. Her skills are unmatched, and her technique is very therapeutic and thorough. I am so excited to have found her and True Bliss! The street parking was easy, the studio was very clean, and I felt amazing after walking out! I will definitely be back very soon!
I had a massage with Sarah, an intern, and it was incredible. Her intuition is so spot on and she helped me move out some pain and tension Iβve been experiencing for months. This space is so welcoming and warm, I loved my experience here. Iβve met Sarah Beth, the owner, and love her values and vibes. I look forward to booking more services here!
True Bliss in Denver was an absolute gift during our wedding weekend in June. We reached out last minute, hoping for a bit of calm before the big day, and they went above and beyond to fit my husband and me in for 60 minute massages with reiki. From the moment we walked in, the space felt peaceful and welcoming. The energy was warm, grounding, and exactly what we needed after the chaos of wedding planning. Both therapists were incredibly intuitive and made us feel completely at ease. The combination of massage and reiki worked beautifully to release tension and clear our minds. We left feeling refreshed, balanced, and deeply connected to each other. It truly helped us start our marriage with perfect energy, love, and gratitude.
