Tara is one of the best! I am so incredibly happy and thankful that I found her when I did. She listens and makes sure that you really feel seen and understood. She is funny, insightful and wonderful!
I know I always do a ton of research when looking for a new therapist (so daunting and terrible as a process) and im always thankful when others have shared their thoughts in reviews. I had to find a new therapist after moving and leaving my therapist of 6 years and I thought I’d never find someone who could fill her shoes and i was so wrong. Tara is SO empathetic and kind but genuinely what amazes me the most is just how intelligent she is. She can see things from what I tell her that I never put together myself and this is coming from someone who has already been in therapy for years. I’m so beyond thankful for her and I’d recommend her to anyone
Tara is so attentive, kind, and asks great questions to help you think about your story on a deeper level. Tara is amazing therapist to journey with you towards healing!
Tara is an extremely compassionate person who exudes kindness & warmth. She listens intently & holds space for many different perspectives. I would highly recommend her as a therapist for anyone who is looking for a safe space to feel seen and heard!
Tara is warm and emphatic. She will listen to you without judgement and create a safe space for you to heal from your past. Tara is an expert in treating complex trauma, and breaking free from anxiety. I highly recommend her!
After years of putting off therapy, I finally made the decision to seek some support. I thankfully was referred to Tara by my couples counselor. She has taught me so many invaluable tools and helped me navigate through areas of my life I wouldn’t have been able to do alone. We discussed treatment options throughly, without any pressure to take a particular route. I felt safe and reassured by her professionalism and confidence in each and every session. Sadly, I have moved to another state, but will miss Tara dearly. For anyone on the fence, new to therapy, or needing someone to confide in, Tara is someone I highly recommend. “The goal isn’t perfection, it’s progress.” -Therapy with Tara
I am so glad I was able to connect with Tara! She has been incredibly empathetic, warm, and professional. From our initial consultation I appreciated her kindness and clear communication about how she approaches her work with clients. As someone with a background in psychology I would highly recommend her!

Tara is a kind, communicative, and caring therapist. My sessions with her have been helpful!
Searching for a good therapist can be an extremely daunting task, but I couldn't recommend Tara more highly. Tara is wonderful; she is kind, compassionate, and thoughtful. She is an exemplary model of what therapy should be like.
