Shayna is an incredible therapist. My time with her has been deeply transformative. She is emotionally attuned, nonjudgmental, and appropriately challenging when needed. She consistently adapted to my needs and met whatever I brought into the room with care and skill. What made the work so powerful was not just her insight, but the way she helped me experience real change in how I relate to myself and move through difficult moments. I am deeply grateful for our work together and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking meaningful, compassionate, and transformative therapy.
Magic! Shayna is an absolute gem! In such a scary, dark world she brings light and comfort. Shayna truly cares about you and your story. She wants to help you find the path to success, love and understanding for yourself. She is queer, neurodivergent, full of the Adhd...so you know she gets it. She is an absolute badass....reach out, you won't regret it, I promise!
I’ve been seeing Shayna for years now! She has helped me learn so much about myself and my emotions with her expertise in EMDR, parts work, and other somatic techniques. Sometimes talk therapy alone isn’t enough, and we need someone to help guide us through feeling our emotions in our body. Shayna has equipped me with techniques to do that outside of our sessions too! She is very skilled in what she does, and helps me feel safe.
I have really run the gamut with therapists and can honestly say Shayna is the best of the best. She has a fantastic memory for things I've told her a long time ago, and she approaches every session with empathy and openness. She always makes me feel accepted and understood, and she has helped me see situations in a different light more than once. I am so grateful for her perspective and genuinely caring attitude. I cannot recommend her enough!
Shayna is very skilled and honestly talented at what she does. She's helped break down long held barriers I didn't even realize I had towards healing. She uses a combination of EMDR, parts work, and helps you understand and work through trauma. I would highly recommend her or this type of therapy for anyone who feels they have plateaued in talk therapy.
Needed to find a new therapist when I moved to CO, and I got so lucky finding this therapist. Shayna has been a great & recurring asset to my life! Thank you!!!
One of the best providers nationwide. Highly recommended
Opening up can be difficult for many of us but it’s often the key to moving forward with our lives and healing. I felt an immediate connection with Shayna. She is such a genuine, warm and kindhearted person that creates a supportive environment which provides a trusting space to be vulnerable. Shayna is an effective communicator that provides not only empathy but a sense of hope and optimism to progress when we feel the most stuck.
Finding a therapist can be extremely difficult, but look no further because Shayna Alper is an absolute dream. It’s hard for me to trust anyone but Shayna makes me feel safe. Professional, caring, and overall amazing. I can not say enough good things about this extraordinary woman. Thank you for everything you do Shayna. Would give more than 5 stars if possible
It's hard to find a good therapist. Shayna Alper is the real deal! She is incredibly authentic, easy to connect with and always makes me feel safe, heard and held. She's really good at digging in to find the root cause of my issues and helping me work through them - big or small. So grateful I found her.
