I reached out as a potential client years ago and they must have kept my email. They mistakenly cc’d me on an email and sent me another clients intake information by accident, complete with their name and details about their work. A huge breach of confidentiality. Edit: to address the response from Revival: I did respond back the day it happened (Katie Maguire was cc’d on the email) and received no response from anyone.

Kind staff and I think a very smooth onboarding process. All counselors I’ve interacted with have been very kind Sliding pay scale can be available if needed due to insurance issues. Reach out, free consult 🤷

Haley Pyle has been my therapist for over a year now and she’s been easy to open up to. She provides thoughtful and productive feedback when asked, but is present for a venting session too. I foresee myself using her services for a long time! Revival also takes my insurance, which makes sessions very very financially feasible.

I’ve been seeing my provider for over four years now, and I’m so grateful to have continued working with her after her transition to Revival Therapy Services a few years ago. Her depth of knowledge, compassionate presence, and the strong therapeutic relationship we’ve built over time feel truly irreplaceable. Revival Therapy has been a wonderful home for her practice—welcoming, supportive, and aligned with the high level of care she provides. I can’t recommend Revival Therapy Services enough.

Katie is fantastic at what she does ! She’s not only genuine and easy to talk to, but a huge support career wise. Anyone would be lucky to come to her practice!

I called in december and it seemed promising. No one has gotten back to me since that call. It's been weeks. It's a waste of time. I wouldn't recommend.

During therapy sessions, I often felt interrupted when sharing, which made it hard to express myself. I frequently had to remind the therapist about what was happening in my life because their suggestions were sometimes triggering or impractical, creating additional stress. I rarely felt truly heard, and many sessions left me feeling more triggered and unsettled than before. Despite visibly dissociating on camera multiple times, I was only given generic PDF suggestions for grounding techniques, which felt dismissive. I had been assured that this therapist would meet my needs, but that wasn’t the case. They often seemed distracted, typing or writing things down without actively listening, as evidenced by their responses, which sometimes missed the mark entirely. After requesting a new therapist, I was told I’d be contacted within a week, but I haven’t heard anything since. This entire experience has been disheartening and unhelpful.

Had a phone intake appointment on May 30th for them to match me with a therapist. It’s July 1st and they still haven’t reached out to get me started with a therapist or to even schedule anything else. Absolutely wasted a few weeks of my life, a few weeks I could’ve been getting seen somewhere else.

I must admit I was a bit skeptical due to being in denial of needing any kind of Therapy. When I got there the therapist was so easy to talk to. I can tell she was genuinely concerned. It was cool cuz she let me vent and the fact that there was no feeling of judgement made it so easy to let it loose. I have scheduled future appointments just for my own Clarity/ Sanity and I have already recommended them to my friend who is dealing with a father that has Stage 4 Cancer.

I was doing a career change which was honestly pretty scary. Revival not only made me a good resume but they helped me transition to the new field I was going into. I would highly recommend these services!
