I’ve known Lauren for a long time and she truly cares about her people. She is compassionate, supportive, and dedicated to making her community a better place! Lauren brings so much warmth and support to our conversations, creating a space that makes you feel comfortable. Highly recommend!
Lauren is genuine, gentle, and incredibly insightful. She has a way of helping you see things clearly and for what they truly are. She holds space beautifully for processing emotions—big or small—and brings a fun, outside-the-box approach to therapy. Highly recommend!
Lauren is the absolute best. Attentive, compassionate, and very intuitive on where to push and where to just listen. Truly grateful to have found her!
If you’re looking for a therapist, congrats bc you’ve found her. Full stop! Lauren is a deeply healing, real, compassionate, and brilliant therapist and woman. I have healed (and leveled up!) in more ways than I ever imagined. She has helped me strengthen my relationships with my husband, my kids, my colleagues, my friends, and most importantly, my relationship with myself. Thank you, Lauren. You’re a gift!
Lauren has been a wonderfully helpful therapist over the past two years that I've been seeing her. I found her style to be inquisitive, insightful, and subsequently very meaningful and effective. This has also translated into a very efficient way of working with her which I find extremely helpful. If something was not working, she'd identify that and it helped to not create any frustrating loops that people can get caught in. During this process she has always been very compassionate and made it a comfortable space to share whatever it is I needed to say. While the original problems I came to her with have been solved, I find myself (to this day) coming back to her for issues I do not feel can be solved with the current tools in my toolbox. And that's why I feel grateful for working with Lauren, she has helped me add to that toolbox every time I come talk to her. I certainly would recommend her to anyone, whether its personal or relationship related.
Lauren is truly wonderful - a kind, compassionate, and thoughtful therapist. She has helped me navigate relationship issues and has helped me set healthy boundaries (while not feeling guilty about it). She asks hard and thoughtful questions and provides tools and resources to help with challenges. Can’t recommend her enough!!!
I can't thank Lauren enough for the incredible support and guidance she's provided my husband and me. From the very first session, we felt heard and understood. Her approach is both firm and warm, making it easy to open up and work through our issues. We've seen such positive changes in our relationship, and it's all thanks to their expertise and genuine care. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a compassionate and effective therapist!
I truly don’t have enough words to capture how wonderful working with Lauren has been. I have been seeing her for a little over 2 years and with her guidance, I’ve been able to align with my truest self in ways I never imagined. I’ve started to tap into the authenticity, clarity, and self-love I’ve always wanted for myself but didn’t know how to access. She has such an extraordinary gift of creating a space that feels both deeply safe and gently challenging. Lauren holds me accountable in the most compassionate, accessible way. It never feels harsh or overwhelming, just honest and encouraging. She brings such wisdom, clarity, and groundedness to every session. If you’re looking for a therapist who truly sees you, holds space for all of you, and helps you step into your healing with strength and grace, Lauren is the one!
I didn't know how much I needed Lauren. She's still helping me find myself, find trust in myself, know myself, embrace who I was and who I really am. I am genuinely grateful for Lauren's thoughtful and insistent support. I am stronger and closer to a happier and more fulfilled life because of Lauren. If you're thinking about seeing a therapist. Call Lauren!
Lauren is an incredibly kind, compassionate, and talented individual. She has already made a profound impact on my life. In just a few sessions, Lauren has helped me to assert boundaries, identify and confront trauma, and learn how to be more gentle with myself. And we're just getting started! Lauren approaches healing differently than any therapist I've ever worked with - incorporating all kinds of different techniques until you find something that works best for you. She is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to additional resources and consistently provides support beyond her services. Another thing I appreciate about Lauren is how available she is to her clients. She is truly there for you whenever you need her. Having a responsive and supportive therapist is invaluable to me. We've met remotely a few times, but meeting at her space in Denver is my favorite - it's inviting, comfortable, and calming. I will continue to recommend Lauren to anyone in my life who is looking to heal!
