I’ve been seeing Mary Ellen for breathwork over a number of years, on and off, as I have deep healing to do. Mary Ellen is gifted at moving trauma through the body and the soul. She uses a combination of breathwork, reiki, and verbal coaching to work complex, deeply painful, “stuck” energy, and limiting beliefs through the body... and out. I have experienced profound healing. I have left her office lighter. And, the weight doesn’t come back. I feel safe to tell Mary Ellen things I can barely speak out loud, let alone tell a stranger. I am incredibly grateful to have found her. If you are ready to release your suffering ~ here’s the place to make peace with yourself, and your past.

I completed a Positive Intelligence program with Mary Ellen as my coach for weekly check ins. Not only was the program incredibly helpful in changing my mindset but working with Mary Ellen was an exceptionally positive experience. She is deeply empathetic and a great listener. I would love to work with her again in the future!

I have worked with Mary Ellen for 2 + years doing breathwork and 1:1 therapy sessions. She provides a safe space for me to work with her around some sensitive issues. I always appreciate her attention to detail and providing a nice summary write up of each session. It's great to go back and reflect on those and see the progress. I have learned a lot about my energy body and how it works. I have also learned a lot about how my past childhood and teen experiences are still shaping and impacting me today. Both have been very valuable to peel back the layers and get more insight into myself. I have felt more clear and balanced since working with her. I would recommend Mary Ellen as someone who is very knowledgeable around energy work and healing. Not only has she done a lot of training she has also done the work herself and lives it. She has all the tool and methodologies to help people on their path. - Ryan

I've been seeing Mary Ellen for coaching services for the last 2 months and continue to be floored by my progress. She has a way of using new and different language and analogies that is helping me make sense of some old patterns that I haven't been able to disrupt. I feel incredibly safe, supported, and motivated by my experience with Mary Ellen. I've already recommended her to all my friends and I'm happy to recommend her here as well.

I did breathwork with Mary Ellen, and it has changed my mental health tremendously. I lived my entire life with nervous system overload. I always felt stressed out, anxious and depressed and I never could understand how to control it. I also want to preface by saying I was four years into talk therapy and EMDR at the time, and it wasn’t helping me very much. I came into Mary Ellen’s office sick with chronic fatigue and several other health issues. After I did four sessions with Mary Ellen, I felt such a shift in my ability to process my emotions and control my anxiety. I feel like a new person now, and it has been months after my sessions. I can feel that my ability to control my nervous system better has helped me tremendously with my health problems. Mary Ellen also taught me how to do inner child work, which has played a huge role in processing my past experiences. She taught me how to listen to my body and what it is telling me. She described to me what each of the chakras mean and how I can use them to understand what my body is struggling with. Before and after each of our sessions, we talked about how I was doing and what I wanted to gain from the sessions. She taught me how to work with my energy patterns and walked me through ways to set up boundaries (which I definitely lacked at the time). I had little to no experience in the holistic realm before this, and it felt so eye opening to work with Mary Ellen on these subjects. I really felt seen working with Mary Ellen, she was so kind and attentive to what I was going through. I would always look forward to the breathwork sessions I had with her because they were so healing, I have never experienced anything like it. Mary Ellen also just has such a calm and friendly nature, I felt safe doing this work with her. I would recommend her to anyone that asks, she is amazing and her work is incredible!! She has definitely changed my life for the better, and I can’t thank her enough.

I continue to have so many aha moments with Mary Ellen even after years of receiving coaching from her. Mary Ellen is there to help you through all of life's transitions. When we started working together, my life was in a very difference place. She helped me navigate and understand how my childhood trauma was still impacting me as a career driven, city-living, independent woman. Now, I'm married with a baby and I find myself needing help navigating this area of my life as well. She has a way of connecting with you that enables you to really get at the heart of what you're trying to address. Mary Ellen continues to provide me with the tools to sustain some much needed changes in my life. Absolutely recommend, hands down!

Working with Mary has had a clear positive change in my life. I came to her when I couldn’t figure out how to help myself. I was feeling stuck. Her sessions, her dedication has improved my day to day outlook, attitude, and sense of self. The impact is not only obvious to me, but to my closest relationships. She’s the best!

Working with Mary has been life changing! I have been to talk therapy multiple times and was still unable to completely move forward. It was like I had this basket of information and self-awareness but no idea what to do with it all. Mary has helped me find the tools within myself to sift through and work with what I have to a clearer and calmer state of being. In just a few weeks I can see and feel the positive impact our work has created in both my personal and professional relationships. And I've received so many compliments from friends and coworkers who can also see the change in me. Mary is truly a gift.

I went to Mary Ellen for breathwork and got SO much more out of it than I hoped for. She facilitated a process for me that was far more effective than any talk therapy has been, and a year later I can say that the positive change is still holding up. I felt incredibly safe and comfortable with Mary Ellen and was able to be vulnerable in the way a person needs to be to truly heal. She took thorough notes in every session and shared them with me so I could revisit them if I wanted to, although I honestly haven’t felt the need. I highly recommend her work! A kind, deep, thorough, intuitive, professional 💚

Mary Ellen has provided me the space to feel comfortable going inward towards self discovery. Her unique methods are powerful - she guides you toward exploration and healing. I have learned about parts of myself that may never have had a voice if it wasn’t for my coaching sessions with Mary Ellen! I am now able to use the work I’ve done to live my life in a more authentic and healthy way. The breakthroughs you will have with Mary Ellen can be life changing. I highly recommend her coaching, it can be incredibly helpful!
