A wonderful practice for holistic mental health care in Denver! Kristy offers an integrative approach to trauma and ketamine work, weaving in somatics and Hakomi in a way that meets clients exactly where they are. She is warm, caring, and a highly attuned therapist. Highly recommend!
Dr. Center was an absolute pleasure to work with. Being new to therapy I was skeptical at first however Dr. Center creates a very safe and inviting space to be vulnerable. The Hakomi method is very different than my initial thoughts of what therapy entailed. I'm super grateful for the time working with Dr. Center, she gave me a bunch of awesome tools to deal with past trauma, relationships, and communication. I could not recommend Dr. Center any more highly. 10/10 experience and look forward to working with her further.

Her warmth and empathy create a safe space for clients dealing with PTSD/CPTSD, reflecting her many years of specialized experience. I often refer my clients to her with complete confidence, knowing they'll receive skilled and compassionate care from a truly gifted clinician.

Kristy brings a powerful combination of diverse clinical expertise combined with a caring and gentle spirit to her work. She is a colleague I respect immensely. When friends or clients ask for recommendations for themselves or loved ones, I refer to Kristy. If she wasn’t my colleague, I’d want her to be my therapist- and that’s when I know I can refer with confidence! She truly is a treasure to those she support.
Kristy is such a light in the world. She is both kind and compassionate as well as skilled and trauma informed. She is such a gifted guide for those that are wanting to heal.
Working with Dr. Center was the best decision I made for myself. I am now sleeping better and feel more confident in my day to day life. Dr. Center has changed my life and my relationships for the better and I am incredibly grateful for her work. Highly recommended!
