PsychGo has been amazing! The care and attentiveness they have shown me has been second to none. I would absolutely recommend them for therapy or any of the other services they provide. So grateful for the work they do!!
LeAnn truly is great at what she does. We saw her for marriage counseling and felt heard, seen and were given helpful tools to get us through a difficult time. She is knowledgeable and professional, and not afraid to talk about the hard stuff. I would highly recommend her and her team; they are all welcoming, educated and great therapists.
I met LeAnn over 10 years ago when I was experiencing some work stress. She has helped me with far more than work stress over the years, and her support was invaluable during some pivotal times in my life. It’s been a few years since we had regular sessions, but I still like to check-in a few times a year to catch her up on my life and troubleshoot anything going on. I work in mental health, as well, so before/after sessions sometimes we talk about work/her practice, and I can confidently say that she cares deeply about others and expanding her practice so that she can increase access and help as many people as she can. I’m very grateful, and I highly recommend LeAnn and Psych Go!
LeAnn helped me through a really traumatic and tough couple of years. I had never found a therapist I felt both comfortable with AND who didn't sugarcoat; someone who actually challenged me and motivated me to work through things toward real results. Six years later, I am still using tools she helped me learn. It has given me a deep appreciation for therapy and prioritizing mental health. It's very empowering to feel proactive and not just reactive to whatever life brings. PRICELESS!
Grief and depression from the recent unexpected death of my loving husband of 31 years had become too much. I met Leann Hansen at PsychGo and life's challenges gradually became possible to deal with. Visits with Leann over the past 11 years have helped me through the loss of my husband in death and also, losing our daughter to drugs and life's excesses. I still hope she can leave that way of life some day. Leann was with me when leaving a long and successful career in medical sales had become too much. Even her community contacts have been so helpful for things such as legal matters and practical day-to-day needs. If you’re thinking of counseling, you will find Leann and her firm a good choice. Best wishes, Donna
I was looking for someone to help me deal with some big life events. I found a great provider and have been with her for many years.
I’ve been to PsychGo for both individual and couples counseling and would recommend the practice! Currently, I just do the latter and LeAnn has been incredibly resourceful; she has helped my husband & I strengthen our communication and manage difficult conversations. I’m very grateful for her flexibility and support over the last year! If you’re considering counseling but are afraid it’s not worth the time or $, I promise it will be. Your mental health matters!
While the clinical care at Psychgo was adequate, the billing department was surprisingly incompetent. To add insult to injury, I have experience assisting with billing practices at previous employers, and the lack of knowledge displayed here is astounding. This is the first practice I’ve ever encountered that doesn’t seem to understand how to complete accurate insurance verification. Initially, they argued with me about a previous insurance plan, insisting I had a copays when I did not. I was told I needed to prove this with Explanation of Benefits (EOBs). After six months of repeating this issue multiple times, I finally received refunds or had the copays accredited to my account. My previous insurance confirmed with me that they did not use the proper billing codes and had made several attempts to contact without hearing back. Thus, I had to complete this communication for them. Then, without notice, they withdrew $103 from my account. When questioned, they told me they were “not in the business of money collection” and issued a refund—only to charge me the same amount again later. This facility caused my blood pressure to spike before every appointment due to the consistent overcharging and mishandling of my insurance. After requesting a complete billing statement over two weeks ago, I only received it today. If you value your peace of mind—and your blood pressure—I strongly recommend avoiding this facility until they drastically improve their administrative and billing processes. This is a shame because their providers, Kandace & Dr. Fleming, are very good at what they do.
this place is the worst psychiatrist office ever i’m convinced they are actually a scam they refuse to run insurance and will deny refills and will cause you extra stress and anxiety. avoid this place at all costs. glad i found a new psychiatry office that actually cares about me and im done with this place. 0/10 worst place ever if you want to guarantee your mental health gets worse come to psychgo! avoid. go elsewhere. theres so many places that actually care and want to help, psychgo is NOT one of them.
