My family and I have been with Ali for almost 10 years. She is always very professional, funny, and most importantly super flexible with our schedule. She not only massage my parents, my kids who are swimmers, my husband and my in laws, I have also referred her to my other friends. I have tried others but since I met her, I have stayed with her. She is the best!!!! She is really good at deep tissue massage and cuppings. You won’t be disappointed.
I've gotten plenty of massages and Ali has been the most amazing. I get the worst stress in my upper back and I always leave feeling so much better!
Had a great experience with profound healing massage. Ali is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Left feeling a 100% better after my visit. Would definitely recommend for those in need of a great massage.
Allison is the best. Been going to her since she started, would highly recommend her to anybody wanting a great massage. Very perfesional.
Allison is a very attentive therapist. She asks the important questions and makes sure to work it out not just irritate it like other therapist. I love that she does deep tissue and cups. I always feel great from the time I leave her till the next time I get in. Wish I could go weekly.but every 3 to 5 weeks is great to see her. Thank u
Unfortunately I was incredibly disappointed with my experience with Profound Healing Massage. While I do appreciate small businesses and love to support them whenever possible, there needs to be a level of professionalism and responsiveness. I booked an appointment via ClassPass and I had read the reviews online saying this business cancels appointments at the last minute. That being said, after I booked my appointment, I called the business twice, once when they first opened at 9am and once at 12pm. I left two voicemails saying I cross referenced their website and the appointment I booked was available on the website; however, I just wanted a confirmation. I never heard back from Ali, despite having left my contact information twice, and woke up the morning of my massage to my appointment being cancelled. I was surprised by the lack of responsiveness from Ali, because I found that to be an incredibly rude way to handle a new customer. I realize that ClassPass appointments have been canceled at the last minute in the past; however, if that is the case I would recommend that Ali remove unavailable timeslots from ClassPass or remove her entire business from the ClassPass website, since she clearly cannot commit to the bookings. I am incredibly disappointed with this experience and will not be taking any measures to get a refund for this massage from the business, even though I ended up losing my credits. When you are a small business, I understand it is difficult to manage everything independently; however, a lack of professionalism is unacceptable and I will recommend to ClassPass that they remove this company from their website. All in all, I cannot speak to her massage skills; however, purely based off my experience, this is not someone I would ever trust to work with as someone who is being trusted to bring peace and relaxation.
Strongest recommendations for Alli. I get regular massage 2x month at home and was here on business with a very angry back. I love my guy at home but would shift to Alli full time if given the chance. I thought it was one of the best I have had. I expect I will see her again on future trips.
Absolutely love Ali! My husband was all kinked and tight from his job and she really helped him loosen up and feel much better! Thank you so much Ali, we won’t go to anyone else!
I DO NOT recommend booking a massage here, at least through Classpass. I signed up and said my appt was confirmed. I had read reviews about last minute cancels from them so I even tried calling to double confirm but didn't get through to anyone. This morning it still showed up in my classpass so I drove all the way there and they must have canceled within 10 minutes of the appointment. If you're going to be on Classpass, be accountable for signups please!
Alli is beyond exceptional in her therapeutic massage techniques. She is also easy to talk too and really cares about her clients! You can't beat the ease of the location either on 16th Mall.
