The support team is absolutely amazing here. Anytime I need to move an appointment or have any billing questions or anything else. They reply very quickly and provide all information. They give you phone calls when necessary to follow up on email correspondences. Additionally, they are very polite and kind. These individuals do their job extremely well and provide exceptional service. Not something you come across very often these days in terms of a support service to compliment the professional service being provided.
