Jenna was so helpful at helping me better understand my family dynamics and get to the root of what I was struggling with. Working with her has been a game changer. I would absolutely recommend her.
Jenna is an incredible therapist. With her guidance, I was able to make significant changes in my life and in my relationships. She is personable, authentic, and professional. I would highly recommend working with her.
I found Jenna through a referral and we were able to connect to see if we were a good match and indeed we were! I worked with her for over a year and together we were able to make massive life improvements. I felt like she really guided me but also help reparent me in my healing. Together we were able to access things I didn't even know was there. I went to her for relationship issues initially but it turned into an incredible journey rooted in my childhood. This was easily the greatest investment in myself that I have made and it was possible through therapy.
My wife and I were having communication issues. We both agreed that having a 3rd party to talk with would be helpful. Through a Google search, we found Jenne with Novo Relational Therapy. She gave us a safe space to talk about our problems, and guided us to discover how to better communicate. We feel much more capable of solving our disagreements than before, which has lead to feeling more safe to express frustrations and anger, when they arise. Our sessions were incredibly useful to us.
