Working with NourishED Colorado is one of the single best things that ever happened to me. Eating disorders are famously difficult to completely recover from, and I am not exaggerating when I say that working with NourishED *cured* my eating disorder. I have the healthiest relationship with food and exercise I have ever had. My mental health is of course so much improved, but what's even more mind boggling is how much better my physical health has been -- these providers really know their stuff. I worked with Bri and cannot recommend her enough. -- she is such a delight to work with and is so brilliant. I also had the good fortune of meeting several of their other providers, and they're also all completely wonderful. FWIW - some of the other comments discuss issues with billing and insurance, and I found their billing communications to be consistently excellent. I never had an issue with billing even though I switched insurance three times while working with them. Their intake and insurance forms are super thorough, and they follow up very carefully about insurance and billing.

Updated review. Hopefully they do change their policies like they say they will. Be careful that they actually check your insurance before your first session to make sure they are in network. They did deduct over $300 from my bank account because they failed to check my benefits, saying I should have asked them to, despite their website saying they accepted UHC. After battling back and forth, they finally agreed to refund me my money. I did like my therapist though and probably would have continued if my insurance was not out of network.

As a registered dietitian myself, I can say with certainty that Nourished Colorado is a team of dietitians that know the nutritional science in & out but genuinely, wholeheartedly care for their clients. They practice person-centered care, tailoring recommendations for each specific client's values and needs while integrating evidence-based treatment protocols. If you are struggling with disordered eating, I cannot imagine a more safe, compassionate team to receive care from!!

Do not recommend. Received an unexpected charge of $200 after working with a dietitian there.

I have been seeing Bethany every week for the past year. She is wonderful - she always makes me I feel supported, encouraged, and empowered to make positive changes. I have been able to overcome a lot of challenges I didn’t think were possible before working with Bethany. NourishED has also made logistics like scheduling and navigating health insurance simple and workable. I highly recommend the wonderful team at NourishED to anyone lookong for support in their recovery journey.

Do not go here. They will drag out your sessions knowing your insurance doesn’t cover the visits. During my sessions I wasn’t offered a single piece of advice or given any sort of resources to help with what I came in for. They are money hungry and take advantage of people who are vulnerable and who are just trying to take a step to better their lives. Instead I’m upset and my money went down the drain. Kicking myself for even reaching out to this establishment. There are much better options in the are!

I am a local mental health therapist in Denver. I have had the privilege of working with Hannah and her other colleagues at Nourished Colorado. They are all wonderful, compassionate, and kind. I have referred several of my transgender clients to them and they are gender affirming and knowledgeable. Plus they all know how to laugh and I appreciate their humor. I would absolutely recommend them to clients and colleagues.
