My experience with N2 has been excellent. Scheduling with the pleasant and accommodating administrative staff is easy, and the therapist I have seen is caring, competent, and professional.

Cannot write this review fast enough, literally sitting in my car after my appointment to write this. I am blown away by Hollie and the care I received. This is the first time I have felt listened to, understood, and left feeling like I was going to actually see an end to my chronic issues. Hollie is brilliant. I cannot recommend N2 enough. THANK YOU!

Life changing treatment. I’ve been seeing Aly for my endometriosis pain since January, and the turnaround in my pain has been remarkable. Exercise, trigger point therapy, and shockingly to me, dry needling with electro therapy has helped my pain improve from a 4-7 5-7 days a week to a max 3, usually less, 1-3 days a week. I can not recommend her enough.

I am super bummed about this physical therapy office. I really liked the therapist I was seeing and she was great to work with, but unfortunately the office as a whole was really disappointing. For starters, parking is close to impossible. There are about 6 street parking spots down the street from the building, but they are almost always filled. When I showed up for my most recent appointment they had covers on all of the meters saying not to park there. There is a lot next to the building but it is $20/day and you don't have the option to pay hourly. I called the office to see what to do and they told me my only option is to park 2-3 blocks up the street. Not entirely sure how this is practical for a physical therapists office where patients are coming in for things like difficulty walking or standing for long periods of time. I explained to him that if I were to park 3 blocks up and walk that I would miss majority of my appointment. He said that if I cancel or reschedule at that point they would charge me a $90 cancel fee. I only pay $55 for my appointments? That is my next issue. They charge my copay of $45 but then tell me that every appointment they charge an additional $10 for things that my insurance won't cover. So even if those things like dry needling, lotions, etc. aren't being used I am still getting charged regardless. How does that make sense? I understand that I am new to physical therapy, but I just feel like this office is a tad scammy and not convenient. It also makes me super uncomfortable that they have my card on file at all times to charge for whatever they want, whenever they want. Like I said I really liked my therapist, but would not recommend the office as a whole.

My appointment with Dr. Neujahr was so helpful and informative. She creates a safe space for pelvic floor therapy, and has given me hope that we can heal a lifelong problem that I previously thought was hopeless. Can't recommend her enough!

Wow! First time I saw Chantal & she was great.Very professional while also very personable! She Got more of my background history & current medical diagnoses & treatments. She described dry needling & then found my trigger points. She was amazing! Then Chantal did trigger point massage on others areas. I got home & feel so good- almost without pain <3 9/19 - my 2nd visit with Chantal today. She reviewed my pain relief response from the first time, proceeded to find many of my trigger points & did the dry needling- I felt immediate relief when the needles found the points! After the treatment, I was able to get up off the table with almost no pain. I’m home almost 3 hours after treatment & feeling minimal pain. Hoping this treatment lasts longer & looking forward to the next visit. 10/17. My 3rd visit with Chantal & it was excellent. Chantal found more stress trigger points & proceeded with more extensive dry needling. The last time I got about 3 days of relief. I’m looking forward to more days/longer this time. 11/6 another great dry needling session with Chantal Which really helped my lower back trigger points, especially before my urogyn Surgery on the 10th. In fact, the therapy I’m having between Ellen And Chantal has increased my ability to control my bladder habits. I have decided not to have the surgery on my bladder., Only to proceed with the rectocele surgery. Chantal Listens and understands my concerns and respond to them Her identification of my trigger points and then dry needling. I’ve been very lucky to have both of these pelvic therapist and their specific treatments. 12/7 - Chantal did her expert care of dry needling & fascial massage to help relieve so many lower back & pelvic area muscles. I couldn’t barely walk when I arrived, but I was able to comfortably get up off the table and walk out the door with so much less pain for the next few days. Chantal Is so personable yet professional and Gets to the issues and finds The areas to dry needle so effectively. 02/13 - I just have to reiterate all the above! Last time, Chantal did dry needling of my left glutes & piriformis & totally relieved the pain I feel daily & during exercise. This time, she repeated some of that, plus SI area & left iliac crest where I have so much pain. Chantal Truly knows How to find trigger points and relieve them with Her expert Dry needling.

Chantal knows how much I appreciate everything she has done for me. I look forward to my needling and the relief it brings me and I know part of that is because of her kind guidance and caring. I thank you for letting my husband attend our session today so that he can better understanding what needling is and how to help my muscles .

I would highly recommend this office on all aspects. I was in a lot of pain and months into looking for an available pelvic floor therapist. I was feeling discouraged and lost. When I called N2 I knew it was worth the hour drive because Tammy the receptionist answered and was so emphatic, personable, and advocated for me which I was starting to feel hopeless with relief. After joining their patient list I look forward to chatting with and seeing Tammy’s beautiful and welcoming personality. Dr.Shah has been a blessing to me with helping to improve multiple aspects I didn’t even know were an issue. I appreciate the wide variety of treatment options, some of which include dry needling, tens unit, etc. For the first time in years I don’t have back pain and am feeling much better with my prolapsed bladder and healing pelvic floor after birthing my second child.

Kristen has been so helpful with my postpartum recovery. She’s so efficient with our sessions, making sure we get the most out of every session. I was having a couple issues, including getting back into running, and she got me back on my feet. Highly recommend
