I can't say enough good things about Mile High Mental Health! Mindy and Daniel are great people! Mindy's unique approach to therapy has truly changed my life. I was struggling with depression and anxiety from trauma in my past. I turned to alcohol to numb the pain as a way of self medicating. Working with Mindy has been magnificent! She helped me confront my past trauma and and guided me to confront it differently. My anxiety and depression is now next to nothing and I haven't had a drink in months. I have a new outlook on life and I am excited for what is to come! I highly recommend Mile High Mental Health! Thank you Mindy and Daniel!
February is supposed to be national mental health awareness month. Suffering a very serious mental health crisis I contacted them and the very unconcerned, unsympathetic woman on the phone said they didn't have an appointment for many months out. This, during national mental help awareness month. Now they have covid-19 ads all over the place talking about if you need help we are here for you. Where were they for me in February when I almost didn't make it through? Seems like everyone once to capitalize on this pandemic.
Love Mindy! Definitely use her when you can. You won’t meet a kinder or a more compassionate therapist.
