I have been with magnolia Medical since the very beginning. Ever since they let Dr. Kristen go and Dr. Rai the owner no longer oversees operations the whole thing has gone horribly wrong. Do yourself a favor. FIND ANYWHERE ELSE. DONT GO HERE. DONT SUPPORT A CLINIC THAT DOES NOT SUPPORT YOU. You would find better help incarcerated than you would here. They will make you jealous no thru ridiculous hoops and belittle you and make you feel like your disease of addiction is something to feel ashamed of. You can easily get telehralth anywhere that takes Medicaid. DONT GO HERE! ABSOLUTLY HORRIBLE!!!!!
I have had nothing but positive interactions with Magnolia Medical Group. Getting an initial appointment was so much easier than I ever thought it would be. I've dealt with substance abuse groups in the past, and the difficulties I've had with those others has left me with a great deal of anxiety about setting up with someone new, but all my worries were for nothing. The two folks I see regularly, Megan Johnson and Matthew Prusz, are two truly phenomenal human beings. I can tell there is zero judgement here, and I am treated with dignity and respect, a trait I've found to be less abundant than it should be in substance abuse treatment providers. Megan and Matthew genuinely care about my well-being, and I cannot overstate how relieved I am to have a place that I am comfortable going to, that is so readily accessible, with engaged and professional staff looking out for my well being. I also appreciate the ability to set up appointments on Saturdays, so I don't have to worry about taking time out of work. All around I've had a wonderful experience with Magnolia, and I would absolutely recommend Magnolia for anyone looking for help with substance abuse problems, and I would certainly recommend both Megan and Matthew.
Dr. Meghan is absolutely the best! Sheβs kind, patient, and really listens to her patients. She makes every visit comfortable and takes time to explain everything clearly. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and professional doctor! ππ
Megan is an excellent professional who shows compassion and understanding towards her patients, I would highly recommend her. The girls at the front desk and the girls that take your vitals are also all amazing professionals. I feel fortunate to have found them.....
Wonderful place with wonderful people. I've been having some trouble getting my prescriptions exactly when I need them but other then that they are amazing! Also I understand why I have issues with my prescriptions. I am prescribed a controlled substance (Suboxone). Also the primary care is awesome! I've never had a primary care before and they help me feel safe and healthy concerning my body.
Kelly has helped me with so many things from recovery to my mental health and she is Absolutely amazing and understanding and listens to what you have to say and I wouldnβt want anyone else to be there to talk to more than her, sheβs such a Hero and I hope she knows how much sheβs saved me. Thank you Kelly for being you and being so supportive and great at what you do. Kristina Edwards!!
She does the best that she can at every visit to address patient needs. I've never felt judged at being where I'm at in my recovery and that's different for everyone. I appreciate the help the whole practice has helped with by all means!
I love Megan she always listens and has great advice. Not to mention how understanding she is for any type of situation. I love everyone at Magnolia I've never had a bad experience. Thank you Megan and the whole rest of the team.
Every time I meet with Magnolia heheh have always been friendly and very accommodating. The front desk is awesome and specifically Megan Johnson always takes the time to listen to her patients and provides the best care she can.
I've only been a client of Magnolia for a few months now but I've been very pleased with the treatment I've received. Kelly is fantastic! She is so on top of the newest research and treatments which is a tremendous comfort to me. I've been under psychiatric care for 40+ years, my whole life, and I've spent a lot of that time doing my own research to educate myself about my mental health issues. Finding someone like Kelly who is as, or even more, interested in the same things has been great. All of the nurses and other staff have all been very respectful and pleasant to the point that I've now transferred to the PCP they now have on staff. Do yourself a favor and check out Magnolia if you're having mental health issues or addiction etc.
