I love the therapist and psychiatrists I got for my care! I have trouble with opening up and trusting authority figures such as therapists from my childhood, but Kim and Sam are amazing. I highly recommend lifestance for your mental health needs

Ross has been a great therapist. He’s easy to open up to, shows compassion and gives good advice and feedback. I also enjoy meeting with my psychiatrist. It’s nice to be able to meet with her through a video call. Very convenient.

You're not a patient. You're a potential profit. They bought Heart Centered Counseling and ruined it. My therapist and psychiatrist both quit after the LifeStance takeover. They have altered the telehealth software so that you're NOT able to join a session unless you submit a payment. 🀯 "LifeStance Health Group's outlook forecasts $2.0 billion in revenue and $111.7 million in earnings by 2028."

I look forward to seeing my therapist. She has no idea of how much she has helped me in my struggles! Thank you, for being you.

Great on diagnosis, but never sent my prescription information nor had it filled after the appointment so...what gives?

The complaint I have has nothing to do with the two professionals who I have had experiences with for my needs. I do have issue at both buildings that think it’s okay to have fragrances anywhere in the life stance offices. Fragrances cause me to have anaphylactic responses in both buildings. It’s been proven that more people are being affected by fragrances today and as a result magazines have discontinued ads with fragrances and doctor offices have posted signs about fragrances for patients and also no longer have scented candles or air fresheners. People who are searching for mental health support should not have to choose between physical and mental needs. The fact that I have had multiple experiences in multiple locations, I suspect that fragrances are a systemic issue throughout life stance building and that needs to be addressed throughout the company

I have been going here for over a year now! Spencer has been the best therapist I have ever had in the last decade. He has gave me tools, resources and support that I needed. I have worked through many things with him!

This was my first time seeing a therapist, so I really didn’t know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable my first visit with Ross felt, and I’m actually looking forward to our next session. I appreciated how he introduced himself and really listened while I tried to explain what’s been going on with my anxiety, family trauma, and marriage. It felt like he truly understood what I’m hoping to get out of therapy moving forward. I also loved that we did the session on Zoom! No driving, no waiting room β€” just me in my own space, which made it so much easier to open up. I’d definitely recommend this kind of therapy to anyone thinking about getting started.

I like how LifeStance Therapist & Psychiatrists gives the opportunity to communicate with their patients through text messaging if you choose to. I don’t check my voice messages often so receiving a text reminding you of your upcoming appointment is a great way.

I wanted to tell anyone with the struggle of finding a new therapist lifestance really helped me. Iam seeing Stacey Salmonson and I am greatly relieved. I was comfortable with our conversation from the first visit. We worked on finding appropriate medications and Iam doing well now. Iknow Ican speak to her about anything that is going on with me. I also went to see Dr. Sam to make sure I'm physically okay. She was very kind and answered my many questions with some good suggestions. I do recommend this team to work with you.
