I took my 2 sons to see Dr. Stern over the course of three years. Dr. Stern wasn’t compassionate and respectful toward my sons in regards to treating their ADHD and anxiety. The office overcharged me on two separate occasions, and Dr. Stern wasn’t good with keeping up with scheduled appointments. Additionally, Dr. Stern didn’t have enough expertise in the field to adequately treat my sons’ conditions, and her lack of professionalism ultimately worsened my sons’ psychiatric conditions.
Dr. Stern is a wonderful, kind mental health professional. She helped me adjust my medication type and dosage after a horrible experience at another local practice left me unwell. I appreciate her attentiveness, compassion and care so very much.
While I'm sure the quacks here are heartless sociopaths the receptionist made it extremely difficult to be mean to her because she is genuinely a very nice and sweet lady. Based on her if I needed the services I would consider it but since I don't I won't.
I have not one time been able to get my medication without issue, and seeing as this is the only reason I see Dr Stern, I'd consider my experience with her an abject failure
Amazing doc that helped me through a tough transitionary period.
Dr. Stern is thoughtful, compassionate, and very knowledgable about how to help people who are struggling with mental health issues. She is a tremendous psychiatrist and clients would benefit greatly from working with her.
Yikes! What a waste of time. Has no idea what she is doing~
