Working with Dr. Cason and her team has been an incredible experience. From start to finish, their professionalism was matched only by their compassion. They put in so much effort and dedication to ensure everything was handled correctly. The entire office operates with such amazing teamwork—I felt supported every step of the way. Truly a 5-star team! Their dedication to their clients is evident in everything they do. Thank you all for your hard work and for making this process so much easier!

They were great when I first went a few years ago. However, recently, I feel the standard of care has decreased as well as the level of communication and I would no longer recommend them.

I wouldn’t trust Frankie David to see your kids. Just finished a CPS case WITH NO FINDINGS might I add because she decided to call and report us for our 8 year old getting a spanking with open hand no bruises( which is legal.) She will dig and report anything!! just pick a different person ESPECIALLY if you’re a person of color. 0 out of 10 However, Claire was wonderful she was the person that diagnosed my child and was very receptive to what’s going on with him at home. Definitely recommend her. 10 out of 10

Dr Cason and the whole team is incredible. They are compassionate, welcoming, highly professional and have years and years of experience. It was a pleasure to get their clinical insight and have assessment done specifically with this team of doctors. Unlike some beginner psych doctors and newbies in this field, these Doctors have long-term careers and extensive knowledge of what they do. Would definitely recommend!

This place diagnosed my son about a year ago, and I had no problem with the doctors. It was all the billing and office management that was dishonest. They made us pay $400 to get the diagnosis, and they said that was all we would be charged. That was fine. But then a few months later we randomly got charged on our card for another $300 out of nowhere and unauthorized. We also had a very hard time getting ahold of anyone to check on why we were charged $300. I don't think I would recommend this place. I suggest finding alternatives. If your child needs early intervention or a diagnosis, just go to an Autism Center and talk to them about how they can help you. I promise, it is a better route, and I wish I would have known.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE....do yourself a favor and avoid this place. If I could give them 0 (or even negative) stars on this review, I would. Their product and doctors are ok--just BE CAREFUL of their billing. I am an honest parent with an adopted son from Russia, whom we suspect was born with FASD due to his neuropsych issues. I paid upfront for Insight Colorado's services of an FASD analysis of my son back in February 2024, only because they were still out-of-network for Cigna in my healthcare plan. They told me to do this and that they would resolve everything after they become in-network. Well, by March 2024, Insights became in-network for Cigna retroactive to November 2023...however, in the meantime, they filed for in-network reimbursement IN ADDITION to my initial total payment of services...and now they REFUSE to reimburse any portion back to me...in other words, they STOLE from me my full payment of $1,950 up front as well as another $1,000 from Cigna. It is now June 2025, almost 18 months later, and Insights still refuses to work with me or with Cigna, knowing they have both of our money totals. This is not only unethical, but it's actually illegal. Bottom line...billing at this place is a SHAM--be very, very careful if you move forward with this place. You will probably be scammed as well by their deceptive practices...

They diagnosed me about two years ago when their door handles were on backwards. They invited me to attend therapy just to inform me that I've been too traumatized to get therapy from their therapist. Then they hire a trauma therapist who didn't stay very long. Now I'm being refused assistance for the doctor who diagnosed me with a life disability starting she will sign a letter stating that she diagnosed me with a life disability. Now I have the possibility of homelessness yet again because of the little kid games that a doctor wants to play with a late diagnosed autistic who is already gaslighted everyday. Even after everyone I referred here. If you are here due to the Mom on the Spectrum BARG please find an alternative and list the alternative with MOTS please and thank you so we can save others the additional blow that we do not mean anything to anyone unless we are monetizable to them.

I've had two negative interactions with Insights. We took my child for testing for ASD. Although his evaluation found clinically significant results for hyperactivity and executive functioning challenges, they never mentioned potential ADHD concerns. This part is my fault, but I misunderstood that they would have said something so I assumed he could not have ADHD, so it delayed his treatment by two years, which can be life-changing. When I expressed this frustration they tried to make me schedule an appointment to discuss my concerns, and then would not talk to me about it but were very defensive in written correspondence. My second interaction is for testing for my other child. I thought this would be ok as I better understood the process and requested both testing series. I was told I had to figure out insurance coverages. I asked for some help because the codes were not showing up on my insurance portal, and they wound up telling me I'd need to pay over $1000 up front. I thought this was a misunderstanding and verified with my insurance that my co-pay was only $40. One week before the appointment we were notified by the doctor that based on our history of conversations, they would not see us. They offered me referrals to other offices that would "take our insurance and have openings within 1-2 weeks." The next appointment at those offices was 5 months out. I was courteous, I even agreed to pay the $1000 and let insurance sort it out. This is extremely frustrating because by providing such short notice for no cause this will result in a significant delay in treatment for my daughter. I have asked, over the two incidents, to speak to the provider to better understand and have never received a phone call. I would recommend checking with Solutions Psychological. The wait is just as long, but they are significantly cheaper, include mood disorders with the other screenings thus saving additional money, accurately looked up my insurance while I was on the phone with them, and they were happy to explain their process up front without being offended.

I'm a middle aged woman who was evaluated at Insights for ADHD and autism. I'm very fortunate that insurance paid for it since I didn't feel like cost mirrored the value received. Why? The evaluation was comprised of a 1.5 hour interview (which was a good experience) + completion of multiple paper-based assessments. I was given preliminary results a week later in a 40 min call which meant it was on me to take notes and ask Qs on the fly (no opportunity to prep which is tough for ADHDers). Then, weeks later, after they physically received the check from insurance (they had to have it in their hands even though I could see that insurance paid), they released the written report. Another call to review the detailed results would have been at an additional cost although Qs could be answered via email. Process should have been clarified when scheduled (which was 6 months in advance) but shame on me for not asking more Qs. Recommendations provided seemed generic and some local references were no longer even valid. If you're an adult with ADHD, look into ADDA for support groups (which Insights doesn't even mention on their Resources page). Bottom line - if you are paying out of pocket, be sure to research other neuro-psych testing options. If you are ok with a lighter touch because insurance pays, Insights might be for you.

I took my son to Insights for evaluative testing. The entire process from start to finish was a dream! Everyone was so responsive to my many questions, and Dr. Cason was extremely professional with me and personable with my son. While the evaluation was taking place, Dr Dumke came by to make sure I was comfortable and didn’t need anything. Seeing that this may be a long process for our family, I’m excited to have Insights Denver on my team!
