Insight Counseling & Wellness Center offers a space that is incredibly comfortable and welcoming, making it easy to relax and feel safe right away. I was looking for somewhere that offered more than just 1 on 1 services, I wanted a community where I could connect with others and that offered alternative group sessions and events. On top of that, their classes and group offerings are amazing from yoga to sound baths to book clubs to wellness retreats, such a great way to connect, learn, and grow alongside others in a supportive environment.
I had such a lovely experience yesterday taking the TRE class. The room was so inviting which allowed me to focus. The instructor explained the practice and did a wondeful job connecting all of us to each other as we spent time together. I would do another class for sure. Parking is easy too.
