Given my experience in contracting with this practice I do not believe the owners and thus other contractors had basic competence to provide care and treatment. It appeared that the owners had more interest in the profits to be generated from contractors than ensuraing the highest quality of services was provided. Both owners carried their own caseloads and spent very little time orienting new providers. They provided haphazard in consistent information about the processes and procedure in place with the organizations.
My daughter worked with a counselor at foundations and had a wonderful experience. She was matched with somebody whose expertise was a good fit for what we she needed. The counselor was extremely professional, qualified and kind. Scheduling with the office was very easy and billing seamless- we highly recommend this practice!
I love Foundations. I've received care from Whitney for a number of years now and as a fellow therapist, I refer to Clinton and Whitney consistently. When you walk into the office you can tell by the snacks, coffee, tea, and warm decor that it is a safe and welcoming place. The warmth and welcome extend far beyond the waiting room to the arms of the therapists. Knowing Clinton as a personal friend, I can confidently say that Foundations has a culture of generosity, expansion, safety, and respect. The work I've done with Whitney and the healing I've experienced have changed my life. I strongly recommend Foundations Family Counseling for anyone looking for a place to feel held, seen, challenged, connected, and loved.
Foundations was conveniently located for us to when we needed counseling. The owner listened to our needs and paired us with the perfect counselor who listened to our challenges and helped us work through them individually and as a family. The offices are nice and welcoming.
Brittany is excellent! She thoughtfully combines an empathic ear with a very insightful and competent mind to guide her clients through some of the most challenging aspects of life, relationships, and complex decision-making.
