My husband and I have been seeing CJ for years. They have helped us learn how to communicate effectively and understand each other's point of view. We are so grateful to them for strengthening our marriage!

I searched for a therapist for a long time and am very glad that I was able to connect with CJ nearly three years ago. They have helped me navigate many challenging things in life, but especially my queer identity.

CJ has been my therapist for a little over a year. It took a long time to find them and I beyond grateful. CJ made me feel safe to open up to them and has helped me with some really hard life transitions. I was looking for someone to understand how my brain works and helps me move towards my life goals and I would say have and are still helping me with it. Thank you CJ!

Great therapist esp if you are looking for neurodivergent and queer affirming. CJ has helped me with relationships (of all types), gender identity, career decisions, and staying accountable for my life decisions. They always make me smile when I see them and I think they’re cool.

love cj!! they have been incredibly helpful throughout my entire transition. from helping discover what i wanted in life, to finding hrt, ffs, and now srs, they have been so supportive, helpful, and kind. i would highly recommend them to any queer or trans person, especially those at the beginning of their journeys who are not sure who they are yet. a lot of queer folks sadly get some bad therapists on their first try and i feel so lucky to have stumbled upon cj:)

I've benefited a lot from working with CJ, they are a great therapist. I always feel heard and understood. We've covered things like healing from trauma, somatics, neurodiversity, and gender identity.

As a fellow therapist and owner of Meer Soul Counseling, I highly recommend CJ Munro Counseling. CJ brings a grounded, compassionate presence to their work, creating a space where clients feel supported and understood. They balance strong clinical skill with authenticity, meeting clients where they are while helping them move toward meaningful change. I feel confident referring clients to CJ, knowing they will be met with professionalism, integrity, and genuine care.

CJ is such a wonderful therapist, and I refer to them all the time. They're do such a great job working with clients, especially younger folx, and neurodivergence. I appreciate CJ's wisdom during consultation when I have difficult clients and confusing cases. I highly recommend CJ as a therapist!!

I'm often not one to leave bad reviews, but I do think the experience I had warrants a bad review. After one initial intake session, CJ missed our second session. They responded hours after the missed session had ended saying they were 'sorry I didn't get the link', when they had clearly forgotten about the session. When I replied back with availability to reschedule, they quite literally ghosted me. If you want to feel taken care of as a person in a therapeutic setting (the bare minimum), I recommend you avoid their practice.
