I am unbelievably thankful that I finally get to say after all these years: I have an amazing therapist.

This organization is a total shell pretending to be of any service to both inbound prospective clients, and the therapists themselves who offload their administrative tasks to organizations like this. Unfortunately, it's a growing trend in this industry for therapists to turn to services like CRS. My experience with them consists exclusively in trying to get ahold of a person over the phone for the last several months, calling often during non lunchtime and ordinary business hours. All the hours, on all kinds of days. I've lost count of the calls at this point. Yesterday, I even tried calling them seven times in a row. This comes after having already reached out to them previously to talk about precisely this issue. They emailed back to say they had no idea what is going on but that they were sorry I was having that experience. That was really all they had to say. So I guess I just.. keep calling? And I did. And nothing ever happened. So I sent them a FAX calling them out for lying about being sorry about an experience that seems like I could bet the house on that I would continue to have - all from simply trying to get a person on the phone, over a span of months. Just so I can give you my money, and pursue the help I need in my healing journey. I finally went through their electronic form instead of talking to someone on the phone, and all of a sudden, someone is in the office. Because within the hour I get an email telling me that they got my FAX but didn't appreciate the "tone" and so they don't feel comfortable booking anything with me "at this time". This company oozes insincerity at every step of dealing with them and I honestly believe that most of the therapists they serve probably have no idea what an earnestly avoidant and irresponsible team they're paying and entrusting to handle this end of their business. I'm now going to pursue getting in touch with ownership as well as the therapists they represent, who I wanted to connect to, because this organization is actually compromising my healing journey and my access to the resources I need, all to save face and hide the fact that somebody isn't doing their job. CRS is a barricade, not a doorway.

My therapist and the center have been amazing! My therapist has helped me so much, guiding me with kindness and support. The center is warm, welcoming, and very well-run. Everything is organized, and you can tell they truly care about everyone who comes in. I’m so grateful for everything they’ve done to help me. Highly recommend!

They are incredibly caring, supportive, and gracious! Every visit feels more like being with family than just being a patient. The team genuinely cares about your concerns, offering thoughtful, practical, and—most importantly—attainable guidance for everything from everyday challenges to unexpected, life-altering moments. I’m so grateful for their compassion, their care, and the joy they’ve helped me rediscover in my life. Thank you!

I was looking to work with a particular therapist, as a therapist myself I know what quality looks like. I was paired with a pre-licensed therapist who spent two full sessions asking me random questions "favorite cartoon" and "favorite tv show" and then spent the majority of the second session talking about her own mental health history. I have never in my 10 years of practice had something like that happen. I contacted her to cancel future appointments and she charged me a late cancel/no-show fee. Not sure how to feel but this place has left a horrible taste in my mouth.

Couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience so far. I can’t speak for any other therapists, what I can speak on is Hannah Nielson. Hands down the most comfortable I have been speaking with a therapist from the very first session. She’s thorough, she’s thoughtful and very compassionate.

CRS has been amazing for me! I love my therapist and the fact that she has the certifications in areas that are best to help me heal from my trauma. She also comes up with new coping mechanisms that a lot of people wouldn't think of and she makes me feel safe to try new things. I highly recommend CRS to anyone who needs a therapist to help heal from trauma or even just to work through other issues that come up from life. The therapists are both professional and make you feel safe and heard, which is definitely something that is a requirement in a good therapist.

I have been seeing Ashely for a couple months now and this experience has been life changing for me! I’ve struggled through the years finding a therapist I truly connect and feel comfortable with. Whether my sessions are in person or virtual, Ashely always makes the sessions comfortable while giving me tools to help navigate situations. I’ve seen so much growth in therapy for the first time after several years of seeing different therapists.

My therapist is absolutely amazing. Her understanding, smile, knowledge and honesty has helped me grow immensely. I look forward to our sessions. I think anyone would be lucky to have the ability to work with her. Thank you so much.

My therapist has made this journey of mine wonderful and hopeful. She is constantly giving me tools on how to manage my thoughts and feelings and she’s way better than any other therapist I’ve ever had because she truly cares. I appreciate her warmth and professionalism throughout each session and I never feel any pressure from her about anything which makes it much easier to come back to weekly. She’s great! And so is CRS. They keep you reminded of your appointments, have great options of therapists, and calming/comfortable facilities. 10/10. Highly recommended.
