I am also very disappointed with the service and professionalism of this practice. They have super outdated systems that glitch which is very frustrating. It’s 2025 there are so many modern software systems they could use. The secretary made a mistake and literally emailed me thinking I was someone else with someone else’s information. I was on a waiting list for several months to see a therapist and then finally after waiting many months the waitlist timeframe did not change at all so I agreed to see another therapist. Communication with this new therapist wasn’t great, it was like pulling teeth to even get appointment reminder emails or texts. I saw this therapist for about a month and a half and a couple days before a scheduled appointment she abruptly asked to change my appointment time which I couldn’t do and then left the practice. So I waited many months to just get super frustrated and then open up to someone new for them to abruptly leave.
I had a great experience at Birch. The environment is warm and welcoming, and the staff is incredibly friendly and professional. Highly recommend for anyone looking for thoughtful, compassionate support!
World-class therapy in a historic building. Highly recommend!
Very disappointed in the service and professionalism of this group.
An amazing place to get high level and compassionate therapy. The building itself adds to the vibe and helps create a healing environment.
The lobby is beautiful and super comfortable. The space feels warm and luxurious, and gives me a perfect sense of relaxation where I'm able to complete work after a long commute
Birch Psychology has a wide variety of clinicians who provide quality treatment for all ages. They are warm, professional, and well-trained. As a colleague, I would feel good about sending a family member or friend to Birch.
Birch has a fantastic team of clinicians- I’ve worked directly with many of their therapists and have found everyone to be highly competent, warm, and professional. Highly recommend working with them!
I am so impressed with the wide variety of clinicians available to help people of all ages and issues. They’re very knowledgeable and professional, as well as kind and caring. I would highly recommend them.
Birch Psychology was referred to us by many people for my family’s young foster children, due to their psychological expertise. The practice manager is very professional and nice. After we found out they didn’t except our insurance, she was extremely helpful in helping us find not only a practice that took our insurance but that was a perfect fit for our family as well. They truly care about not only their patients but humans as a whole. If I ever have the chance to use Birch Psychology, we would definitely take it.
