Ethical and compassionate care. Very professional and supportive providers.
Along Your Journey is a great place if you are looking for someone who is passionate about helping you with your mental well-being and a healthy way to thrive in personal growth.
I trust Shannon Elaine implicitly for consultations, valuing her strong ethical foundation and seasoned clinical expertise. I wholeheartedly recommend her as a therapist and would confidently refer any clients to her for psychotherapy.
Excellent people to work with. Wonderful place to go and get the help that you need
Along Your Journey as I have seen, provides a level of care that is very efficient yet filled with compassion and understanding to their clients. They take great care in assessing your needs.
Along Your Journey has the most caring staff, they really listen to how you are feeling and where you're coming from. If there are any obstacles they will make sure they handle them in caring and efficient manner. If you are looking for a Mental Health Facility I recommend Along Your Journey.
I don’t recommend this place at all especially for clients with a language barrier. The billing/UR department needs a little more training when it comes to submitting authorizations. They end up charging you for regular priced services instead of billing your insurance. They not once returned my phone call regarding my mothers visits even after she had agreed to sign an ROI which we didn’t get a response to that as well. Completely took advantage of a grieving Spanish speaking only client. Very disappointed. Do better especially since Northeastern Colorado has such a limited amount of resources.
