They either don't or won't pick up the phone during business hours. So it doesn't really matter what you've got scheduled or planned for your own time. They're supposed to answer the phone during business hours because that's when they're supposed to be able to assist us. Since they'll only ever "get back to you" after leaving a message it certainly feels like they don't value your time, only theirs. Especially since there's no window for a call back or anything. Just be there for your clients when they need you.
Everything was great my counselors, and classes was well worth the money it has helped me a lot thank you acacia Counsling for helping me become a better version of myself
Nice staff. Willing to work with you and reasonable prices!
I was skeptical at the start of my treatment and went in, expecting to not enjoy it but as I’m nearing the end of my courses with acacia, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my experience. They’ve worked with me on pricing and it actually felt good to attend each class. I definitely would recommend acacia to others, thank you guys!
My experience with Acacia Counseling exceeded my expectations. Staff was helpful and accommodating to any issues/ scenarios that happened during my time. The environment was inviting and staff helped make the experience as painless as possible. Thank you Acacia Counseling.
Fantastic group of counselors that genuinely care about their patients. Kara and team went above and beyond to help with a particular issue. Very fair pricing as well
As someone who volunteers at Acacia Counseling, I’ve had the unique opportunity to see firsthand just how dedicated the staff are to their clients. Every time I stop by the office to drop off packages, I’m always greeted with warmth and kindness. The waiting room is thoughtfully stocked with snacks and feels genuinely welcoming. I've observed Shannon and Kara working with clients, and it’s clear they are deeply committed to creating a safe, supportive, and healing environment. Their compassion and professionalism stand out in everything they do. I would wholeheartedly recommend Acacia Counseling to anyone seeking warm, reliable support on their mental health journey. This is truly a place where clients are cared for with empathy and respect.
Everone I've dealt with has been compassionate and supportive. Kara is fabulous to work with. You can tell they really care.
I enjoy my therapy classes with Barb. No judgement and you freely express yourself. She always ask at the beginning before our session how was our day. Best Therapy Class ever!!!
Probation is never easy for anyone, however; Some situations, people and places can make it significantly more tolerable. Kara, Shannon, and my counselor Peter were as professional as gets. Not only are they professional, but they also maintain patience, kindness, and genuine care for their clients. It is a safe place to learn, grow and progress your life during probation so that it never comes to jail time or probation again. I am very thankful I chose this facility to complete my classes.
