Happy Plus Foot SPA — Massage spa in San Jose, CA

I usually don’t give a bad reveal, but I’m so mad that I go there very often sometime two times a month but for sure once a month I enjoy massage because my job is very stressful. My body is ache. My neck hurt my back hurt I want a good massage and I always tip very well. $20 and up but today they’re gonna lose me forever. I give them chances to improve massage at first really good until I guess I tipped them so well they lack it off. I don’t know what kind of massage is this but the place I need to work on they avoid it and the place is a lot of bones involved and the pressure really hard. I don’t know all this people‘s been trained like a real massage from China. Well, I’m telling you it’s getting so bad I used to use the guy it really tall. He did really good job but he start getting not into his work. I just like you guys know you’re just lose a good customer. Good luck to y’all.

Jason was extremely professional and truly understood exactly what I needed. The massage was excellent, and I would highly recommend him and this spa.

I did some research while visiting the area and found this amazing place. Everyone was very nice and friendly. The massage I chose was incredible. Andy provided an excellent massage that relieved pain and discomfort in many areas, allowing to enjoy the rest of my day pain free and relaxed. I have had great massages of a similar style in other places but this one was just that much better!! Get There Soon and as often as you need to feel amazing...

Subject: Extremely Unprofessional and Inappropriate Conduct by a Massage Therapist I am writing to share a deeply disturbing experience at your spa last year 2025 , which has left both my fiancé and me feeling very uncomfortable and doubtful about your establishment's professionalism. My fiancé had a scheduled massage appointment, and I was waiting in the lobby. During his session, the massage therapist made an entirely inappropriate and unsolicited offer, asking my fiancé if he would like a massage of his private parts. My fiancé immediately refused, and the therapist stopped that line of conversation, but the damage was done. This kind of behavior is not only a major violation of professional ethics but also crosses serious personal boundaries. A client should feel safe and respected during a professional massage session, and this incident completely undermined that safety and trust. We immediately left after the session was over and will not be returning. I felt angry and deeply uncomfortable knowing this happened while I was just outside. We want to ensure this does not happen to anyone else. The management needs to be aware of this severe lack of professional conduct by their staff. We urge the spa to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to ensure all clients have a safe and professional experience.

Nana is very skilled — applying the right amount of pressure exactly where it’s needed. Firm when necessary, gentle when appropriate, and always perfectly balanced. I felt completely relaxed and relieved afterward. Highly recommended!

What a bad service. Never come back. Called to make appointment 130pm for 2 people. The receptionist said ok, no problem. We showed up and they said they couldn't take us in because they just took other two customers in. Bad experience already for the first timer. Waste of time.

Walked in asked for very strong massage. Waiter few mins then got to a room and by time massage lady walks in it's 12:56pm. During massage I repeatedly asked for more pressure. The lady was small so maybe that was her at full throttle. She ended massage 1:52pm 4 mins early. I'd say this massage was about 50% pressure that I needed. I go to tip her $10 she tried taking $30 from my hand like a snatch. I give her $10 she says at least $20. I feel like asking for the $10 back and walking out. I tell her $10 is enough as massage not strong enough..She walks off shaking her head and I complained saying is this real life? I told owner I wanted strong, she not good enough. She say next time we get you stronger. I tell her no chance, I not come again I told you o needed stronger from the start! Don't waste your time here if you need firm pressure! 2 star is very generous considering what I just described!
