Hannah's care and guidance is so welcoming, calm, compassionate, and profound. Receiving sessions from her make me feel very calm, regulated, present in my life, optimistic, and nourished. I highly recommend sessions with Hannah. If you are thinking about it, do it! Somatic work has changed my life for the better.

I love my sessions with Hannah! Each one has been unique, but the through line is that they always help me feel more connected to my body and myself. Some of the emotions and insights that have emerged during our sessions have come as a surprise, and it’s been fascinating to work through things with Hannah that don’t necessarily surface, or don’t surface in the same way, in talk therapy. Hannah creates a calm, peaceful, and safe container, and I feel very comfortable with them. Working with them has also heightened my awareness of my body outside of our sessions, creating a more dynamic relationship with myself in my personal practice.

My session with hannah was gentle and profound. The insights from our time together floated in days following, each one like a soft, round puzzle piece fitting into the next. Its hard to put into words - since we worked within the field of the body. Describing what our session was like can be difficult to articulate, but i can say this - ive done a lot of healing work on my own, but ive never experienced something like this. I was able to see and name sensations arising and i felt safe enough to describe them in gooey abstract language to hannah. They knew what i was talking about and intuited the exact right questions to ask for me to achieve deeper resonance and understanding. Its clear this work is a way of being for hannah, and i was grateful to have a session with a healer who benefits from their own medicine. Highly recommend!

Hannah's gentle energy and approach supported me in asking what was present in my world from moment to moment. They offered a safe container for me to be honest with myself, and the ways they injected playful notes into the experience provided a somatic and energetic lift.
