I had a good experience with Savantcare. Before meeting them, I was struggling with mental health issues, and they were compassionate and gave me help as soon as possible. The nurse practitioner Kehinde is so kind and understanding about mental health issues and gave me the correct medication that will help me feel better over time, along with Yoga classes from Riya. The yoga teacher is patient, and she taught me yoga in an easy way where I started believing in myself and I love the meditations as well. Thank you, Savantcare. I am always grateful for your help during my times of need. :)

I’ve had a truly positive experience with the psychiatric services here. From the moment I reached out, intake coordinator Bibek R was kind, professional, and attentive to my concerns. My provider took the time to really listen, asked thoughtful questions, and worked collaboratively with me to find a treatment plan that felt personalized and manageable. What I appreciated most was the sense of being heard and validated — something that can be hard to find in mental health care. The follow-up care and medication management have been consistent, with adjustments made thoughtfully based on how I was feeling and functioning. I feel like my mental health is genuinely a priority here, and I’m grateful for the support I’ve received. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking compassionate, comprehensive psychiatric care.

Very helpful at a time of great need. Intake team person , Bibek, was very helpful to lead me into the group. Dr Huynh was very helpful in establishing a plan to help eliminate my problem.

The admin team was very attentive to my recent case, where my insurance was making it difficult to fill a medication. They worked hard, even late at night, to help keep me updated on progress. They communicated with Dr. Huynh for me without making me schedule extra appointments (saving me time and money). They handled all of the administrative details between the insurance and pharmacy, saving me a headache. Dr. Huynh has been great to work with for a bit over a year now. She has been very helpful and very open to feedback and to try new things in my treatment journey.

Bibek @ Intake was very patient & caring with private information. At no point should Bibek have required credit card info over the phone. He insisted. It is NOT OK. As part of his scripted conversation, Bibek said he would NOT be able to book an appointment with Dr Huynh without valid credit card plus the PIN. That is just wrong. He hadn’t even verified if Dr. Huynh’s practice accepts my insurance. I felt blackmailed. I felt manipulated. You’re warned, fellow patients: Bibek will tell you you can’t have a video appointment with Dr H until he watches you fill out & complete a credit card doc. That’s just wrong. I blame Dr Huynh’s Financial Team, Summit S & Dr Barbara for making credit card intel mandatory to enable a video visit. Prior to verifying my insurance eligibility? I don’t blame Bibek. Update: Bibek did call back today, as he promised. My insurance wd have covered Dr. Huynh’s practice. I’m going with another psychiatry practice instead. Total: ten stars for Bibek. Two stars for Team Dr. Huynh: Summit S, Financial peeps, Dr. Barbara: you cannot force your intake specialist to insist upon obtaining sensitive credit card intel over the phone. Especially prior to checking potential client’s insurance eligibility. That’s unacceptable. I canceled tentative appointment with Dr. Barbara via Bibek.

The building is not handicap accessible. If you are not able to use an escalator you will need to track down a janitor and be led down a very long hall to a hidden elevator. This is if you are using the paid parking for the building which you will need to do as there is very little street parking. When we arrived, there were not enough chairs. Dr. Huynh did not offer to get another chair that was just on the other side of the door. My husband and I shared a chair. Dr. Huynh did not ask my mother in law any questions regarding her psychiatric history and appeared not to have read any of her intake paperwork. Dr. Huynh wanted to wean her off one of her medications knowing she was about to move, spent time alone at home, and attempting to wean in the past went terribly bad. The MD explained to us that if it goes poorly we cannot call her to tell her how it is going even if my mother in law ends up in the hospital. We would need to schedule an apt. When we went to pick up my mother in law's prescription, the MD had forgotten to order one of the medications. My husband and I were absolutely shocked with the coldness and the fact that it seemed like the MD had not looked at a single intake form we spent a long time filling out to provide a comprehensive view of her medical history. That apt. was the one and only apt. we will go to with this doctor.

The intake for Dr. Barbara Huynh went so well. Bibek R was gentleman that helped me through the process of signing up. Bibek was very personable and professional. I had a lot of questions, and he answered them all very patiently . 5 stars
