I went in for back and shoulder pains, and Caroline was able to pinpoint the issue and provide a thorough stretching plan to relief the pain. I feel sooo much better now and now know what was the cause of the pain. She is very knowledgeable and flexible to your schedule. Will recommend her to anyone and will come back again.
Here’s a bit of my story: I’ve been dealing with chronic pain for the past 7 years. Despite seeing multiple physical therapists over the years, the pain never fully went away—and about two years ago, it started spreading to other parts of my body. As a healthy 30-something-year-old who has played competitive soccer most of my life, the pain was confusing and frustrating. After struggling to find someone who truly understood what was going on, a co-worker recommended Caroline—and I’m so glad they did. While I was initially hesitant due to the out-of-pocket cost, I decided to give it a try. I only had the chance to see her about four times before moving out of state, but those sessions made a huge difference. Caroline stands out because she doesn’t just treat symptoms—she takes the time to explain what might be causing the pain. Her ability to connect the dots and offer possible explanations helped me understand my condition in a way no other provider had. It wasn’t an instant fix, but for the first time, I felt like I had real insight into the root of my chronic pain. Although my issue isn't as simple and will require time, I am now hopeful. If you’re dealing with something complex or persistent, I can’t recommend Caroline enough. She’s thoughtful, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping her patients get to the bottom of their issues.
Caroline is an amazing doctor and athlete. She was able to assess me after a thorough evaluation and gave me exercises that already helped my injury and performance just after our first session. I highly recommend seeing her for your physical therapy needs and recovery needs as well. HER HANDS ARE MAGIC.
I am incredibly grateful for the care and support I received from Caroline. She played a crucial role in helping me achieve physical milestones that I never thought were possible. Her expertise, encouragement, and tailored approach made a significant difference in my lifting and recovery. I truly could not have reached these goals without her help. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of physical therapy and lives in the arts district. I was not comfortable catching any of my lifts in a full squat now I can because of Caroline
Excellent care from compassionate and knowledgeable practitioners. I went in with shoulder pain unable to even do push ups and after following Caroline’s treatment care plan I am able to perform my lifts and gymnastics pain free with a full range of motion. Highly recommend Caroline to anyone with orthopedic problems or other rehab related needs!
Caroline is awesome! Shoulder, back and neck pain disappeared like magic. She a magician!!
I cannot express enough gratitude for the phenomenal care I received from Judy after I encountered a moderate ankle sprain during a running workout which threatened to bench me from my beloved CrossFit exercises. Judy was excellent in evaluating my ankle condition and was reassuring with my recovery journey and took the time to understand not just the injury, but also my inkling to return to the demands of my CrossFit routine. Judy took the time to target the immediate issues with my ankle and also provided me with a comprehensive plan for recovery. Judy went above and beyond to provide physical rehabilitation and tailored exercises so that I would be able to still workout as best I could during my recovery process. Judy was very responsive to my questions during off hours and took the time to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend Judy to anyone in need of top-notch physical therapy and sports recovery. Judy will be there for you in your healing journey who also understands the unique demands of an active lifestyle. Look no further!
They helped me out with recurring plantar fasciitis I was having. Judy was able to recognize an imbalance in my calve muscles, did some scraping, did some stretching, gave me instructions on how to stretch on my own, and suggested exercises to correct the strength imbalance. The pain has started going away and I will definitely be back for more general pt work.
Excellent care and service give me a lot of time no rush answer all my questions, gave me mobility drills to work on. I felt like a new man afterwards . Highly recommend
