I’ve been here many times and met Lucy twice. I wanted a stronger massage and she did a terrible job. I don’t know why she always asks me for a bigger tip after the massage and wants me to pay with some type of mobile transfer. I don’t understand. I just want a good massage. OK, OK

I’ve been getting Asian style massages for many many years. I frequent many of the establishments in this neighborhood quite often. Tonight was my first time trying ord spa. Here’s the thing, not every massage is going to be great. But if you give a mediocre massage, at least have the decency not to ask for a larger tip than offered. Even though the massage I received was mediocre, I still offered a 20% tip. To ask for more on top of this, is tacky and unprofessional. You’re clearly in a competitive market, you’ll need to do better.

The place is small but very clean. clarifying I have visited many places of massages and of all this was the worst, the masseuse who attended me Just rubbed her hands with oil on my body, when I told her deep tissue massage medium level, I really do not think this person knows what to do a good massage 💆‍♂️ 😡

Don’t even try this place! I didn’t get to finish it the last time! I gave 1 star coz the young lady didn’t know how to massage my pain! She did have a soft touch, it felt good but it was not helping my lower back pain! I’m gonna try again soon with a different lady! Oh about the tips! She didn’t do a good job n still ask for big tips? I’ll give good tips if they deserve it!

Instead of going to sunday mass, I religiously go to sunday massage in Chinatown. My masseuse exceeded my expectations on my first time at Ord. I've visit other places where they charge about the same. The only disappointment was that after almost an hour I thought to ask for 30mins extra and was told it would be 40bucks instead of 30.. for 90 minutes is 80, 60mins is 50 so.. doesn't make sense. Thank you anyway, it was great overall. Clean, peaceful and relaxing. Will certainly return!!

So disappointing. The reviews made me think I would love it. I didn’t at all - the masseuse basically rubbed my back with oil for 30 minutes - even when I asked for more pressure she pressed harder but used almost no techniques to ease muscle tension besides putting her elbow into my back. If just felt lazy. She foot massage was better but even then I was dismayed by how little technique she used - is she licensed in this, I wonder? The hot stones were almost a prop, she used them for one minute tops. It was just so graceless, rushed, asymmetrical and I walked out with the same back tension that I came in with. Would not recommend.

Staff are Very friendly. Nice and neat environment. Therapist would give me advice while doing massage; made me feel refreshed and reborn after. This is e place I would Definitely recommend my friends and family to come.

One of the best message places I ever have in Los Angeles area. I usually don't write reviews but this one definitely deserves a thumbs up. Customer service is excellent, ask me which part of my body feels the need and customize the whole message experience for me. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a relaxed experience with fair price in the area!

Worst massage I have ever experienced, no pressure whatsoever. My husband experienced the same thing. We were ready for the massage to be over because it just got annoying, they were just rubbing the same spot over and over again with no pressure. She used her elbows on my back and I woke up bruised up. They make you pay the tip upfront, so that should tell you how bad of a job they are going to do because the tip is guaranteed. Btw, I know it’s in Chinatown, but they do not do reflexology. Responding: This is the correct place! I know where I went. It was not a couples massage we were in two separate rooms, it would of been great if you would of at least put us in one together. I didn’t make a mistake this is the place on 310 ORD street in Los Angeles. You are always on your cell phones if that rings a bell. Also, your door doesn’t open, you have to drag it open.
