Staff have gone extremely downhill in the past years; reception in particular. They are generally rude and Not solution oriented at all. They cite unwritten arbitrary policy and the wait for appointment is on par with private practices. You're better elsewhere if you if you have urgent issues. Walkin slots are virtually nonexistent and poorly handled.
I am very thankful for today's visit. I was able to see the doctor and get a prescription right away at a low cost. Thankful to God and the front desk, I don't remember the gentleman's name but he was very patient with me, I couldn't even think right due to 10 level earpain I'm going through. Thank you again. I love their staff. From the front desk they welcome you and are ready to help, despite how busy and crowded it gets they remain patient and help everyone there. The medical assistants are so sweet, very attentive and get every detail for the doctor. The doctors are amazing- they want to get to the bottom of what’s going on so they can fix it and they follow up quickly. The portal is awesome so you can look up your labs yourself! Makes it so much easier, and they have a pharmacy inside. Worth the wait, it’s such a great clinic and atmosphere to be especially if you’re sick lol you feel at home like they’re going to help and they certainly do. Thank you!
This place is the best I have been a patient for 10+ years and I have interacted with many staff members and I have been seen and diagnosed by many physicians and I always feel satisfied with my plan of health prevention after I have been fully informed and educated. These employees are so Christlike it is always a breath of fresh air to be amongst like minded individuals whom don't thrive to sin but instead we hate sin and love to be of service to GOD by being imitators of Christ living in obedience to the whole law of the Lord. These workers help me to stay on the path of righteousness abiding in the 10 commandments.
This is my personal doctors office it’s a great clinic I been going there since they first opened I see the H.I.V specialist they are fast and very caring people. I also like the pharmacy is right there on the first floor they are pretty quick giving you your prescriptions. And whenever I needed a walk in they seen me as well. They have their own dentist department as well as optometrist there it’s very good parking is also right across the street and it’s safe to park in the parking structure being on skid row.
