Worst doctor I have ever seen. Disrespectful, condescending, and dismissive. Plus he didn’t help my daughter at all. “Eat dates and breathe” was his answer to all of her issues.

Although I’m not a patient of Dr. Vargas, I have had the opportunity to witness his interactions with patients and their families on countless occasions through various forms of volunteer work as well as while providing programs to the kids at UCLA outpatient clinics. It is clear that he is a very competent and experienced doctor who not only has countless years of experience within his field, but is clearly passionate about what he does and cares very much about the population he serves. If he doesn’t come across as overly warm and cuddly at times it isn’t because he is uninterested or doesn’t care, but is actually because he takes what he does very seriously and is focused, committed and determined to provide the best care possible to the kids that he sees. I have heard positive reviews & feedback from his patients young & old as well as their families, & can see why they trust him wholeheartedly and have complete confidence not only in his skills/abilities clinically, but also in his commitment and desire to provide them and/or their loved one with the best care possible.

One of the best doctors I've ever known. He cared for my son's health for many years, and thanks to his wise care, my son enjoys excellent health. Thank you, Dr. Vargas, for your wisdom and dedication to being a great doctor.
