As someone that has found a passion for volleyball again, and is now in his late 30s… my legs don’t work the same. Dang PT is the best. Their facilities are extremely clean and modern, built for specializations and physical needs. Dr. Sydney is great!!!! She’s helped me to learn more about how my body works, not only helping to rehab my leg injuries but educating me more on what I can do to stay physically healthy to continue playing volleyball. Highly highly highly recommend

Highly recommended! Dr. Denise is an exceptional PT who is incredibly thorough and attentive. She always takes the time to listen and address any flare-ups I have (as a former collegiate athlete and still super active). She always focuses on the root cause instead of just treating symptoms. Because of her thoughtful approach and specific exercises, I’m able to continue lifting and running with confidence. I’m so grateful to have someone who supports both my recovery and my performance goals. Also the music always slaps and everyone is so friendly!

I spent about four months working with Dr Dean Sosa to resolve persistent knee pain that had been limiting my activities. From the start, Dean took the time to assess not just my knee, but my overall movement patterns. One of the most impactful things I learned was how to properly plant my foot while walking and performing exercises like squats. Our sessions were always thoughtful and tailored to my progress. Thanks to Dean’s expertise and guidance, I’m now back to regular exercise and running without pain. I highly recommend Dean to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and attentive physical therapist.

Denise is amazing! I’ve been having hip problems for a while, and she definitely helped me improve my pain. She was great in talking me through all the steps and educating me on what was important to feeling better. The space is huge, the people who work there are so nice, and easy to find parking. Highly recommend!!

Best physical therapy clinic I've ever been to (and I've been to many!). The team at Dang PT is top-notch, and my therapist Vincent has been a lifeline over the past year while I’ve dealt with chronic back pain and other problems. No issue is too complicated for him and he gets me up and exercising no matter what! This place has become a staple in my life; if you're on the fence about spending the money to switch from insurance to private PT....absolutely do it. The quality of care is miles apart.

Best in LA. I’ve been seeing Vince for PT for a couple of months now after a debilitating neck injury. I took a leap of faith and bought a package of sessions as a last resort after seeing chiropractors and massage therapists. After the assessment, Vince told me that I had been using my neck muscles for all the wrong things and that this had been going on for a long time. He taught me how to strengthen the correct ones, starting with just being able to feel them. I did the exercises daily (with videos he sends me after sessions) and my neck is 95% better after a couple of months and now I’m excited to keep going and see what else in my body could improve. It’s amazing how skilled everyone there is. I tell everyone about Dang PT and Vince and I’m so grateful for what they’ve given me.

I worked with Sydney for a meniscus tear and had a really positive experience. She’s super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and made the whole rehab process feel way less intimidating. She explained everything clearly and adjusted exercises based on how my knee was feeling. I felt supported the entire time and definitely noticed improvements in my strength and stability. Highly recommend Sydney if you’re dealing with a knee injury.

Working with Denise has been amazing! I came in with a shoulder issue but also wanted to focus on my overall agility and function. We have strengthened my shoulder and worked on my running technique and overall strength. The welcoming atmosphere at DANG PT is amazing and I would choose them again and again.

Working with Dean has been one of the most impactful experiences I’ve had in physical therapy. From our very first session, it was clear that he brings an exceptional depth of knowledge—not just in terms of anatomy or technique, but in how he reads the body as a whole, living system. His understanding is both technical and intuitive, which means he often notices things that other practitioners miss. Dean doesn’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. He listens carefully, pays attention to subtle cues, and tailors each session to what’s actually going on with my body that day. What I especially appreciate is how he integrates Western medical insight with Eastern healing philosophy. It never feels gimmicky—he knows when to ground a session in clinical precision and when to open space for a more holistic or energetic approach. That balance has made a huge difference in my recovery. Before I started seeing Dean, I had hit a plateau with a chronic issue that other providers had tried—and failed—to help me manage. With Dean, I’ve made measurable, lasting progress. I leave each session not just feeling better physically, but more connected to my body overall. I trust his judgment completely, and I honestly can’t recommend him highly enough.

an’t recommend Dang PT enough. I had a rotator cuff issue in my left shoulder for over a year and visited several physical therapists, but nothing really helped. I had almost given up when the pain started affecting my daily life. Then I decided to try Dang PT, and I’m so glad I did. Dr. Vincent carefully guided me through a recovery plan, focusing on rebuilding my shoulder strength and creating daily routines that worked for me. I’m still following my protocol, but I’m already back to doing yoga and playing golf — pain-free and able to enjoy daily life again. Dr. Vincent and the entire team are amazing — everyone is friendly, professional, and the place is clean, spacious and newly built. Highly recommended!
