The onboarding process was easy and they connected me with a therapist within 2 weeks. A major benefit to Crossroads is that they take most major insurances. It's increasingly rare in this day to find a therapist network that takes insurance with a relatively low co-pay. Very accessible, their billing department is a little disorganized but I would overall recommend their services.
Don’t trust these people. They share your information to others even without your explicit consent.
They seem kind of inconsiderate towards their client. They’ll give you a waiting time of two weeks when in actuality it’s more then half a year. They’ll give their intern to you Yet bill you and your insurance the same price.
