Caitlin has been a trusted colleague and fellow coach for many, many years. Her integrity, commitment to care, and love for her clients is unparalleled. If you’re in need of AuADHD support, especially in the San Francisco area, I highly recommend her (and have, to my own network, multiple times!). You’ll be in the best hands!
I first met Caitlin in 2021 when we trained together. Since then, we’ve collaborated on several projects, which I greatly enjoyed. She is passionate, caring, and deeply devoted to her cause—advocating for those who cannot speak up or whose voices go unheard. Caitlin is meticulous in her work, puts in tremendous effort, and brings a wealth of skill, talent, and knowledge to everything she does.
Caitlin is regularly sought out in the professional coaching community for her expertise, her comprehensive collection of resources, and her extensive knowledge of ADHD and autism. These, combined with her lived experience, warmth, and insight, make her a uniquely gifted coach. She is an amazing person.
Working with Caitlin was a game changer. She understood, supported and helped me with many tools for dealing with all sorts of situations. As a fellow creative she deeply empathized with my particular lifestyle and choices. I unabashedly recommend working with her!
Caitlin is an incredible ADHD coach who truly understands neurodivergent adults. I love how she combines lived experience with professional training, and her approach is strengths-based, compassionate, and practical. She’s transparent about costs, packages, and expectations, which builds a lot of trust. The support between sessions and focus on aligning life with your values make her coaching feel especially impactful. If you’re looking for an ADHD coach who really “gets it,” I highly recommend her!
I trained with Caitlin at ADDCA many years ago. Not only have I been coached by her many times, she is the first colleague I approach anytime I need a gut check. I trust her judgement, her empathy for our neurodivergent clients, and her steadfast willingness to model the work for all of us. This is not a mutual admiration society, either: Caitlin is one of only a handful coaches I will refer family and friends to. That's high praise. Call her. And call me if you want me to tell you more about how great she is. Erika Gillette, PCC, PCAC, ACCG Owner and Head Coach, Adventura ADHD Coaching
Full disclosure: I went to coach academy with Caitlin, and we're colleagues and friends. That said, I have been coached by her a lot over the years. Caitlin has the beautiful coaching combo of deep empathy and pragmatic toughness. She understands the complex emotional experience of living with ADHD and helps her clients find empathy for themselves. At the same time, she has a sharp eye for BS and the stories we tell ourselves that erode our ability to get the work done. Whenever I need to make a coaching recommendation, Caitlin is at the top of my list. If you are serious about making the changes you want in your life and you're willing to do the work, Caitlin is a fantastic partner to help get you there.
Caitlin is extremely knowledgeable and well versed in the ways ADHD can affect someone, as well as in ways to work with the neurodivergent brain when it's creating barriers. She is incredibly kind and models self care and compassion, which I have found so helpful as someone who struggles with doing too much. Strongly recommend!
I've had one coaching session with Caitlin so far, and it was a great experience. It was my first ever coaching session, and I appreciated that Caitlin took the time to explain what I could expect and how the session would flow. To me, coaching seems like an opportunity for self-discovery and Caitlin guided me through that process in a gentle way that still resulted in accountability. I would recommend working with this wonderful coach!
I’ve been working with Caitlin for more than a year, and the results have well exceeded my expectations. I originally started looking for an ADHD coach during a period of particularly intense work-related impairment. As someone who can be rigorous to a fault, I was initially very apprehensive of the pop psychology that seemed to pervade many “life coaching” practices, but things were dire enough that I was willing to entertain basically anything. I’m honestly still not 100% sure what happened, but I am in a much better place now thanks to Caitlin’s support. There are a few clear contributors: I always look forward to our sessions. She listens carefully and is enthusiastic and affirming without being saccharine. Her resource compilations are well-written and have really helped me to understand and manage my condition. Our conversations help to clarify my strengths and long-term aspirations, which led to a successful role adjustment at work. But the real payoff, and the actual reason I find coaching a worthwhile long-term investment, has been getting inexplicably Jedi mind-tricked into developing greater self-acceptance/compassion. I used to pathologize my ADHD a lot, despite otherwise having good self-esteem. Of course I’d also received plenty of exposure to the “Be kInD To yOuRsElF!!!” genre of aphorisms, which I generally dismissed as toxic positivity or counterproductive to building discipline. And to this day, I can’t pinpoint a particular moment when my mindset shifted. All I know is that I used to harbor a lot of guilt and resentment over my ADHD and resulting tendencies, and now I don’t. ADHD is still a major impairment in my life, but I increasingly view it as just another phenomenon to be understood, rather than an object of loathing and acute frustration. Honestly, if I had read my own review prior to working with Caitlin, I am not sure it would’ve been particularly persuasive. Much like ADHD itself, self-acceptance is the kind of thing that feels viscerally intuitive once you’ve experienced it, but completely incomprehensible and/or fake otherwise. It was certainly never a goal or even conscious desire of mine to accept my ADHD (I just wanted techniques to make it more bearable). But this is actually a testament to Caitlin’s experience as a coach: if you make a good-faith commitment to your overall growth, she can help you achieve outcomes you not only didn’t anticipate, but actively dismissed or misunderstood at first.
