Kealy is an easy therapist to refer to. She's very skilled, quick with a joke, and works very hard to support clients in their goals. She's a wonderful clinician for individuals with anxiety, helping couples with enhancing communication and closeness, and she even does some executive coaching. I worked with Kealy from 2020 through 2023. I cannot speak highly enough of Kealy as a therapist. I worked with her during some of the darkest moments of my adult life: navigating the pandemic, a life transition and a job loss. I chose to work with Kealy specifically vs. other therapists because I liked that she had a very pragmatic, actionable approach to working with high achieving professionals, and a focus on perfectionism. Kealy helped me broaden my perspective and identify opportunities for personal growth that I was not able to see myself. I unfortunately moved out of California and therefore no longer work with her, however I have been able to take a lot of the work we did together and use it to continue to build in my next phase of life.
