Good costumer service I like there service was fine
Such a high rating here.
They make medication management easier and are available anytime through phone/internet. Very good use of technology.
My name is: Jennifer L Jackson. #1) The ENKI office on 7th & Coronado in Los Angeles needs a more diverse staff environment. #2) Mental health is suppose to be about healing, stability, progress. How can an unstable program stabilize anyone? Within a years time I had approximately five (5) Therapist at Enki. They all moved on to other jobs. I confided in them with intimate issues. I thought I was developing a good, progressive relationship. I felt I was healing, then, BLAM! ( dropped backwards). THE THERAPIST JUST CUT OUT ON ME. I STRUGGLED TO STAND AGAIN. Did any staff at ENKI consider the trauma that causes? Especially to a person coming from a dysfunctional family? A person having abandonment issues due to a mother and father absent in their lives. ENKI: means knowledge right? WELL THERE'S SOME KNOWLEDGE FOR YOU BRILLIANT RESEARCH DOCTORS AT ENKI TO THINK ABOUT. SOME FOOD FOR THOUGHT. Jennifer
Worst clinic. I transferred my daughter here and the receptionist could care less about your case. The therapist assigned to my daughter makes no effort in being of any assistant. Never met with her and nothing is done to see my options. Don't recommend this location one bit!!
Fast and friendly
Wasted a little under a year of my life attending therapy here. My core issues were never truly addressed and therapy plans were inconsistent; meaning we'd plan things out and scrap them during our next session. I found my issues getting progressively worse despite the skills I acquired. Towards the end, I felt my therapist give up on me and said we would no longer continue therapy as she could not go against her professional stance on referring me someplace for people my age (19) which is ironic given as how the referral I received in the mail was for other children's clinics. This place isn't suited for troubled youth. I appreciate my therapist's best efforts and will be forever grateful but my experience was subpar. Oh, and if you're hoping to speak with a psychiatrist, you'll need to wait well over a month for a consultation.
Staff is deceitful and not looking to really help
Started brining my son here for dealing with anxiety and emotional issues from being divorced. Therapists and receptionists are all wonderful and everyone is so welcoming and helpful. Love
Do not call, they never anwser the phone, they don't even have the option to leave a message.
