She holds a Bachelor of Health Studies in Neuromuscular Massage Therapy and has experience teaching massage diploma courses. Sophie's personal experience with chronic pain, headaches, and jaw issues stemming from previous dental work informs her practice, as she aims to provide relief for similar conditions in her clients. Her treatment philosophy integrates various techniques, discussed and agreed upon with clients during an initial interview, to address specific needs and achieve desired outcomes. Sophie is dedicated to educating clients about their bodies and empowering them with self-help strategies. She is an affiliated Southern Cross provider and an active board member of Massage Aotearoa New Zealand.
